yup, i guess he does smoke in real life..coz if he doesn't, it would be hard for him to do those roles in his dramas where he smoked..i guess there are no trainings for smoking just for those roles..

Not a flattering comparison, IMO.... Depp was scary weird in that movie.

Yup I think he smokes. I read in a mag article. The question to him was "What do you carry with you all the time?" He replied "Cigarettes, lighter, cell phone, wallet, house keys, ..."

Most people in Japan smoke, celebrity or not. Even if you don't agree with it, it shouldn't make you think any less of them -- it's nobody else's business, right? And before anyone mentions second hand smoke, well.. Japan has been wallowing in that for quite some time now, heh.

Jeez, Eita is one of the best dressed Japanese men I've ever seen. I find him incredibly handsome, even though he's not right off the bat... but his wardrobe and physique have definitely won me over. I love that he isn't just another overly feminine Asian male <3

His hair looks like the matted hair on a homeless dog's ass. He should try to stuffing that crusty mess in his ears...there's enough room for that.

Haha...I ain't got anything against the guy but that wild unkempt look has been pulled off more successfully by other (pretty) boy celebrities...it isn't quite working for him.

That's ONE.

Really like this young actor. Have watched him for some time and he gets better. I think he is rather a sweet soul and it shines through with some of the roles. He does well in Atsuhime but his ears are a distraction for me.

It would be quite easy for him to have them pinned back slightly surgically. Lots of actors have had that done.

Of course with the bird's nest hair the ears don't matter under all that fluff.

He has a lovely face. His features are good. Very beautiful eyes and a good strong nose and very enticing lips.

Have the impression that he is a oneoff type of person and he walks to his own drummer. He will be an actor for a long time don't you think??

I like him too and his ears distract me as well but it's considered beautiful in Japan
