i've seen the first two episodes, and i do agree that there's a liiitle bit to much sobbing already. but otherwise, i think it's playing out quite well, bias aside. acting wise, i can't say they're amazing, but not bad. the story's only about to get interesting (i presume) so i can't comment yet. as for treatment, being a filipino too (yes, me too heheh ;p), at first i didn't know how to feel about the entire discrimination issue, because i felt it was exaggerated contextually for the drama. BUT then again, it IS a drama, and the situations are just reflections of prejudice that happens everyday. it exists, and in that way, it doesn't matter what nationality they decided to make matsujun. imho.

unless of course he's half-white, then it would be a totally different scenario. it'd be a romantic comedy if anything. and none of the prejudices. stereotypes maybe. but he wouldn't be discriminated upon the way a half-filipino, half-korean, etc. would be.

LMAO..that was so cute.. Sho-chan with his family watching MatsuJun's drama..even i was surprised watching that scene..and somehow, i suddenly found Gakky's speaking voice to be pretty..xD

Finally got round to watching it from my watch-list and i wasnt let down. that was a good set of 11 episodes. Unique i thought, storyline was decent, and the cast was good. Gakki was cute as usual

Once again, I didn't read the synopsis before starting the serie and I was REALLY shocked when I realised that the serie was anything but what I imagined at first ! I'm now up to the 9th episode and I just have to say that it might become part of my top-3 series. So far it's been really funny, mostly thanks to Hana's character, but also a bit of sad (those who have watched know, I don't wanna put a spoiler here). I don't really care about the music there but somehow the whole feeling in the serie is just so beautiful that it doesn't matter.

I like the cast really much. There are lot of un-known ones, but also those, who I really love, like Aragaki Yui and Oguri Shun (♥). Both of them do just amazing job there ! This is also my first serie, where MatsuJun is starring and wow, he's much better actor than I expected ! (though I get huge Hiro vibes from him, hrrr).

Overall I just wanna recommend this to all of you guys, this is simply something worth watching <3
