this is pretty random but what is your favorite CM[commercial]? or the funniest. bcz there are some really funny ones and some stupid ones these days... pathetic topic, really, but just curious.

has anyone been watching the world championships in Paris. Yah know track and field and stuff? If you have did you see the commercial for PUMA with the Jamaican guy and the Genie? LOL, The Jamaican guy finds a lamp in the sand rubs it and out pops a Rastafarian Genie with shiny new PUMA's on. The Genie's like "I'm da Genie o da Lamp mon, I grant u Won WIsh mon" The Jamaican guy looks at em and says "I wish ta me I got puma's like dem" then everyone on the island magically get a pair of Puma's on their feet. The kids riding bikes get pumps, the baby getting born gets puma's, the lady ironing her shirt gets pumas, everyone in church and on the bus gets puma's and etc etc.. LOL so damn funny. AHHHHHHHH well, I guess if you saw it you saw it, if you didn't then an explanation just wont do it Justice.....
Dunno if this topic was for J-commercials only or not, but if your looking for J-commercials i cant get the damn song for Akomu out of my head !

a good site for japanese commercials with popular western actors in it is www.japander.com
all the celebrities that would never do commercials here in the states to commercials in Japan and they are all on this site.
infact has anyone seen the trailer for Sofia Coppola's new movie? It stars BILL MURAY and he is a celebrity doing cheezy commercials in Japan. He meets some photographers wife while he's there and they go explore Japan together. Its all shot on location, and looked pretty interesting. The trailer is out too its called "LOST IN TRANSLATION" J-fans should check it out!

MAN lost in translation isn't that good...it just takes place in japan...but there is nothing cool (that i found anyway) and besides BILL MURAY is WAYYYYYY TOO OLD! to play a romantic lead
