All of GTO is great. I like the manga the most, cause it has an extended storyline whereas the anime and drama finishes off too soon and they changed the story a bit. I just finished watching the drama, and it was awesome.

GTO has a big influence in my life. After watchin it, I dropped business and I am persuing Engineering because Engineering is what I wanted to do since I was little. I used to think professors are just people who could not find a decent job so they got stuck teaching; As a result, they would share their pain with us by giving us homeworks and tests^^. After watching GTO, my view about professors changed. I enjoy more classes and I become more selective about professors. If a professor is hard, but I can learn a lot from him or her, I would take that class. GTO rules!!

nice story Pisces, GTO truly inspired you. for me after watching GTO live action. that is the start were ive been involved now in Japanese entertainment. and considering Takashi Sorimachi as my influential Japanese actor. _________________

i think this is a good jdrama but i think are others that are better specially if were talking about school having its setting

I just watched the GTO live action and i think its much much better than the manga and anime. well because it's more realistic and funny and to top of that i figure out some interesting couples in the drama! murai and miyabi, and of course kikuchi and tomoko, i never thought that its possible but i was like "I want more of those!" hahaha i'm looking for a screenshots or scans of those people and also some scripts from them thanks!!

recently i've seen GTO Movie...the one at hokkaido...it's a good movie but i'm a little bit dissapointed cuz i thought it will be a drama and not a movie...huhu...

Recently, I started watching "GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka" and I enjoy it. It is one great Drama. A Drama at which I am currently at the last episode, episode 12. Of course, there's still a Special and a Movie to watch, but that is all in due time. Even though the show is already more than ten years old, it is still a show that has had a lot of influence in my life. I believe that there are people like Onizuka out there. And maybe, even though I'm not a teacher, I am like him in a lot of ways. Next to KouKou Kyoushi 2003, a great piece of drama! Interesting bits about the show are that main actors Sorimachi Takashi and Matsushima Nanako actually met on set. They are, as of this day, still married. Also, Fujiki Naohito (one of the main actors in KouKou Kyoushi 2003) has a role in this drama as Onizuka's friend, Saejima Ryuji.

I got roped into watching this and was greatly pleased i did. I enjoyed the anime but did not want to ruin my thoughts of the series by watching the jdrama concidering i thought it would not be the same. But it wasnt the same it was much better!! _________________

my first jdorama ever =) the GTO anime was so damn good.. i was kinda sad when it was over.. was watching it on youtube at the time and saw links to the jdorama after the end of every episode.. so happy i did- opened up a new door of things to be addicted to......lawl i fell in love with nanako matsushima too -.-
