I haven't seen Shin Eun Kyung, but I don't remember anything special. I only remember Seo Woo's rack from those lingerie ads, which are photo-shopped anyways. To me most Korean actresses I have seen, are average to small, guess it's a matter of perception. But plastic surgery is so rampant in that industry, that boob jobs wouldn't be at all surprising.
