ganja. LOL...he is remarkable in that he's an atypical actor in the world of japanese entertainment...he has a talent that doesn't mimick the typical idol model...which is played out..he's got personality that places him on the fringe, but nonetheless worthwhile to watch.

Yup. He doesn't mind playing bad guys who picks fight for no reason, instead of the usual I fought some bad guys, because they wanted to rape my date. No koshien/graduation/promotion/new job this year. 
He's not afraid to say what he thinks, but I bet he's nicer to work with than wanna be actors who needs to be pampered.

he's definitely a grittier actor that fits well playing certain roles.
