Don't use too much oil... Ever see that video of that idiot who filled the fryer all the way to the top with oil? After he put the turkey in, the oil spilled out and caught fire... And he couldn't put it out... _________________

Don't forget to do that OUTSIDE!!!!! And, thoroughly thaw the turkey before dipping it in the oil... If it's even half-froze, the bird will literally explode!

Yeah, it's sorta like chicken, but the taste is a bit stronger, I think. Turkey is a game bird, while chicken has been so domesticated that its strong flavor is gone... _________________

The only thing that can top a thanksgiving turkey, is a thanksgiving TURDUCKEN!
*note: Turducken is a turkey stuffed with a duck that has been stuffed with a chicken! Thats 6 drumsticks!!! Its an american football thing that happens every thanksgiving. |
