We've been raining off and on this past week. It usually rains a lot here during the spring, since everything needs to start growing after the winter season.

May here is dry pretty often. We get the summer thunderstorms starting in June usually.

It actually did snow in this past winter, but only on Haleakala mountain. And probably just an inch or so.

It actually snowed in the hills west of Melbourne on Christmas day a few years ago. Yes, in the middle of SUMMER

My last winter there it snowed 60 days in a row.
