On the plus side we are not on speaking terms again with his eldest who is as poisonous as her mother. She said one thing to many this weekend. I've know her for 6 years and we have been on speaking terms for less than 2 years of that.

Eesh. Doh!

In the horse breeding world we say that is is 60% the mother but honestly I don't see any of my husband in them. Thank heavens. Sweat

Families are a trip and half. My husbands father never got along with him until they visited us this summer. He was enchanted with me and actually finally really talked to his son while they stayed with us.
We all got along super and then on the phone last night while we chatted he said, "Jeg er glad i dere/I love you two."

He has NEVER told my husband before that he loved him. Shocked

Which just goes to show that if you live long enough......... Beaten
