i dunno, she just looks exotic, a little different than your typical japanese. She looks a bit filippino or some other race, but definitely not full asian. Perhaps it is her eyes and hair that make her look unique.

aya hirayama defintely is mixed.

These all came from her official site: www.matsumoto-rio.com There are a few short videos/interviews with her at this site: http://www.juice-r-up.com/pc.html. Ir's some kind of jewlery site, Rio either designed it or just models it. I can't read Japanese (yet ) so I don't know for sure. _________________

Thanks for pictures. I checked her official site a few days back, but I was too lazy to merge all those little parts to do a full image. Did you check the baby pictures?

If you have photoshop or something like it, you could hit print screen on the keyboard (copies the image on the screen), paste it in there and crop it. It's much easier than trying to fit together all those pieces Wow!

yeah, in Tokyo Friends, Rio was one of the five friends, but Ai Otsuka was probably the main charater in that one.

In Ace wo Narae, Rio had a good size role in that one, but Aya-chan was the lead. Bonk

I haven't seen her in any other dramas yet besides those two above.

I saw her in Seija no Koushin and Garasu no Kamen back when she was Megumi...she had a decent size part in those...Golden Bowl too. She was in Stand Up too, but her part was pretty small... _________________
