| ShhHimitsu wrote: | hi, i was wondering if anyone knew if verizon fios has the 18.2 subchannel in their tv line up? i know verizon still shows ksci on channel 18, which i realize is different than 18.2. but perhaps they assigned channel 18.2 to a different channel? does anyone happen to know? also (sorry i dont know the terminology) if channel 18 is ksci what is channel 18.2?
ive been trying to search this but i havent found anything on it. i've just about concluded that verizon doesn't offer it, but i figured i'd ask here just in case. i guess i dont want to accept that i wont be getting any dramas from my tv anymore
sorry i dont really understand what's going on with all these changes, but hopefully someone could help. thanks in advance |
I know I should have replied sooner (gomen ) but in my area I get channel 18's digital channels on channel 61. i.e., 18.2 comes in on 61.2, 18.3 = 61.3, etc. You might want to check that out.

Obviously, they're taping this on another planet like Mars, where minutes are actually longer than here on Earth.

I thought the meals only took 3 minutes to cook. That's not the case either.

Natsumi is the 23-year-old daughter of a master baker in Yokohama and in training with her father to become a pastry chef. She lives with her parents and younger brother in Yokohama. One day she travels to Iwate Prefecture with her boyfriend Masaki for his grandmother Katsuno's 77th birthday. While they are there, Katsuno, head okami of a famous ryokan in Morioka City, becomes ill and asks Masaki to return to run the ryokan. Natsumi returns to Yokohama and later Masaki visits, asking her to disregard their earlier plans to get married because he will return to Morioka as requested by Katsuno. However, Natsumi surprises him with a vow to become the ryokan's okami.

Hmmm. I wonder if it's subtitled, and if anyone will be recording it?

I think I saw a commercial for it... It will be subbed, I think.
EDIT: I checked the website... No indication if it has subs or not.
