For the usual suspects...if you're interested go to the Torrance Mitsuwa to sample a bowl of soup curry straight from Hokkaido provided by a shop visiting from there. Soup curry is actually a specialty of Hokkaido so this is real opportunity to sample Japanese cuisine that I am pretty sure is not readily available. This Rakkyo Soup Curry is available until April 13, 2014.

I ordered the vegetable soup curry with cheese but they also offer a chicken soup curry which comes with a quarter piece of dark chicken (thigh & leg). About 10 bucks.

The broth is light and flavorful. Comes with a side of rice (partially shown).

The cheese didn't taste the same. I think they're using less plastic. Bonk

Haha. SAT word, I guess. Bahaha. You know I like alliteration so unctuous goes well with words like uni and others. hehe

For the record, I believe that's a mistake. I believe it's actually 11:45 to 2:15...wouldn't want you to show up early based on incorrect info.
