Ok, I'm watching the latest series they have on TBS, and I gotta say, those Ya-Ya-Yah's are pretty decent actors...Yaotome suprised me too, I saw him to be very hyper boy, but he plays such a serious character... Ayukawa, plays a well tranquil character, but he let's off moments of happiness when his character interacts with the character's friends, that changes my whole idea towards his character...and Yabu you don't really hear about too much, but his character is a main hyper boy like he always seems to be...However, the series has not ended yet, so you never know where these characters may go towards...I just wonder how the producers have beenable to put so many series with new ideas, I think.... I can't believe that all of the actors range in age of 13 to 17 though... I'm wondering though, if anyone knows a site that has Kinpachi Sensei series 6 for downloading, I wanna see Kato Shigeaki, Saitou Shouta, and Masuda Takahisa in there... _________________ If you message me, expect delays since I'm barely on here anymore... That Kinpachi Sensei was 2001, and yeah there's the new one with teh Ya-Ya-Yah members, only the three younger one's and they are pretty decent actors, this would be series number 7 for 3nenBgumiKinpachiSensei... _________________ If you message me, expect delays since I'm barely on here anymore...

Hye.. Can somebody tell me a little bit on the Kinpachi Series..... Can i know which is which.. who's the castings for each series... The database doesnt really help much..

Haven't seen the earlier Kinpachi Sensei. Only half of Kinpachi Sensei 6, with Aya Ueto in it. I saw GTO first.....and seeing this, its like an Earlier version of GTO i would say. The Kids got problems, like Family problems and some problems with themselves. Its not as perverted as GTO and the teacher is an older & wiser version of Onizuka, and not perverted either. I wish I could see the earlier series. I really think Kinpachi Sensei shows what it takes to be an awesome teacher though, at least from what I've seen so far _________________

What do you mean?

The story is basically about the teacher who always gets a class of trouble makers, he tries to earn their respect by helping them out.
Series 7 focuses on Yaotome's character Shuu who's struggling in his life, his abusive step mother, and his drug addicted father that you never really see until the end of the drama. Kinpachi does what ever he cn to help Shuu out, Shuu is fearful of drugs, and his home that he shuts out anyone that tries to help him. He has two childhood friends, and girl and Ayukawa's character who also cut off his friendship with Shuu. But soon things change for the better, or do they?

It's not a series, but the PS2 game of Kinpachi.

Yep!! I wanna see it SO BAD!!! Kato gets his first semi-lead role, and he appears in series 7 because Ueto Aya's character makes an appearence, and the friends are there to support her, ahh so adorable... Smitten

I already posted about this in the Ueto Aya thread, but i couldnt get any seeders I'm so close to finishing downloading kinpachi sensei 6. I'm at 99.8% for episode 16. Could someone with a finished file seed this episode for me? It should only take a few minutes. onegai and about the series. I really liked this series, but i never saw any other season besides 6.

I only saw the new one with Aya Ueto. The first one had Mari Hoshino when she was 2 years old and she was in the new ones too. Thats so cool.

there are rumors of a new season of Kinpachi Sensei this autumn. as usual they will feature actors from Johnny's Jimusho, i hope they will choose Nakajima Yuto as the lead.

after 7 seasons you think it gets a bit repetitive and that the guy playing Kinpachi Sensei would stop.... Sweat

I mean ya its good to see the kids from previous season all grown up and making special appearances to help the students of this season.

And i wouldn't wanna see another Johnny Beaten

TBS are known for their multi season dramas like Kinpachi Sensei, besides i think the Japanese love Kinpachi sensei so much, the ratings for this drama are always in 15-20%. as for the Johnny's talents to star in Kinpachi, it has been a tradition ever since this drama started in the 1970's. fortunately, they choose JE talents who can act, eg, Yaotame Hikaru in season 7, Toushin Yoshikazu in season 6.
