Every time I watch a SMAP concert, I always enjoy watching Goro's performance. On screen, he seems to be reserved and quiet. IMO, his performances in television series and movies is acceptable and he has a nice on-screen presence.

I have watched the tv drama called "Boku to Kanojo to Kanojo no Ikiru Michi" (The Way We Live) starring Kusanagi Tsuyoshi and Koyuki. I really enjoyed watching this drama a lot. The little girl who plays Tsuyoshi-san's daughter, looks a lot like Goro-san. And even Shingo-san and Goro-san have done a spoof/skit on SMAPxSMAP, where Shingo-san plays the father and Goro-san plays the daughter and in these skits Goro-san really played the part of the daughter really well. Everything he did, the mannerisms, the facial expressions, everything looked exactly like the little girl.

Question is, is the little girl Goro-san's daughter?

I watched that show and it was GOOD! That little girl (Ling-chan) is very cute. Yeah, looks just like Goro-san. I believe she is his daughter. Also she got along very well with Tsuyoshi-san. Also she won an FNS award. Ganbatte ne!

Ling-chan and Goro look very much alike. Must be his daughter or close (REAL CLOSE) relative.

They look exactly a like. Have the same eyes, nose, smile. Must be his daughter. Has to be his daughter.

No way! He's not married. He just broke up with Kano Miho recently and is very much single now

Dun think Rin is his daughter...if she is, it'll be real BIG, as in BIG news! There's no way Kitagawa will allow such a thing to happen to his 'boys', much less let the daughter act in a show with Tsu.

Goro really captivated me after i really got to know SMAP...dunno eh, but he has always seem like an 'act-cool'(that's to say, not cool, but gotta act it out) artiste, but after getting to know the group better through their singing, acting and what not, he's cute!

IF i'm not wrong, he broke up with Miho(whom he acted with in Sommelier and Saimin, the movie) and are back together again. As for his loyalty towards woman...won't know unless i've been that before!

i have no idea Goro have such a flower heart. oh so disappoint. i always think he is such gentleman with good manners. and very polite. he always seem look like very quiet. oh my goodness cannot believe he has flower heart.

Well at least we all know that Goro is not gay. And besides, majority of guys are like that. They tend to have a flower heart. But if they meet the right girl, whom they cannot live without, they won't stray -- at least they better not, right? hehehehehehehehe. or else they will end up with a big fat lip.

I just realize that lately he's been very busy with many projects..after that movie kindaichi I think he's in a new drama with Emi Wakui and also recently another drama that he's currently filming with Kyoko Hasegawa.
I missed to see his drama, I got to admit though all of the smap members are very good actors and that includes Goro. So despite he has flower heart, at least he entertaints ppl with his talent. I like his voice too after Kimura...woo..that song "Wonderful Life" was so Great!! it went No. 1 in the Oricon Chart last year.

speaking abt Goro's dramas, his current drama "M no Higeki" or M for short is quite good though it's ratings aren't as great as Gokusen 2 or emergency 24 hrs pt 3...

M has managed to get my attention already and i'm looking forward to ep 3... ^_^

well, there's no way that any drama can beat Gokusen 2 (look at all the casts!! ) that goes to 24 ji Kyoumei Byouto part 3 where everyone wants to see Nanako and Yosuke. Still, I would love to see "M"...hehehe..I've missed seeing Goro in action.
