Hey, I just wanted to share this poem with everybody, and I would love to read what others have written, it can be about anything (your fav. stars, love, etc.)

You
Lies, lies, lies
Is all she tells me
Promises, promises, promises
She always break
Excuses, excuses, excuses
There's always one up her sleeves
Yelling, yelling, yelling
About every little thing
Swearing, swearing, swearing
She just can't stop
Blaming, blaming, blaming
When it's her fault

Sad, disappointed, betrayed
When she tells me lies
Sad, broken hearted, mad
When she never comes through
Sad, outraged, fraustrated
With all the silly excuses
Unloved, annoyed, angry
With her useless constant yelling
Unloved, unrespected, belittled
By her continuous swearing
Unloved, hated, hatred
When it's not my fault

i don't write nor understand poetry at all.... but in highschool most of the girls there were aspiring poets.. so i think u should have some luck from the ladies in this board...

leaves fall, scattering
across window, obscuring
fading light, slowly

The New Sunrise

A new door was opened

After the long walk had ended

Long before the roses were faded

Even before dreams were created

A great narrow path showed

Where all the Impossibles glowed

When the moon has followed

Everything that has its crown

In that, the will was born

To cast all the way the thorns

And hunt those ivory horns

Then stitch all the cuts and burns

It seems that it isn't over

And the truth is still covered

But the way is clear

And Face it without any fear...

"i was walkin down the hall"
"scratchin my balls"
"the next thing you know, my balls got stuck in the
elevator door!"
"then my mother said"
"did it turn,
Red?
Blue?
Purple or green?
"and that was the end of my ding -o-ling , ling"

reminds me of the third grade

Time of Waiting

In time of falling

There's always a vow

A vow of the things that might lose

But as time passes by

And as the east wind blows

Time is still searching

What's the worth of it?

Well i guess in myself

You had the answer

Answers that is true

Far from beyond

Is there still a chance

Just to hold for it?

I guess again

You know it

You always wear

A mask of disguise

A mask of madness

To your own heart

How long do i have to wait

Well i guess

I'll just wait for you!

SOMEONE THAT IS TRUE

I was alone all by myself
Staring at the twinkling lights
Embarassed by the night's breeze
Wondering without thinking

Then a hand awakened my wisdom
Showed a smile of real pureness
Speaks the word of true calmness
And heals my heart towards its deepness

I looked straight to her pretty eyes
And I felt all the words that she said
No lies, no doubts and hesitations
Until the coldness of night was gone

Now, it's time for us to leave
Walking towards where we should be
Even if it's hard but deep within me
I will never forget, someone that is true...

At first, I never notice you

Uncertainly

I was once in love with someone
But our love suddenly came up to end
She once made my whole life fun
She's my love and my dearest friend

I love her and she loves me too
She cares for me the way I do
But still, we don't understand each other
So guess, it's time to say, "our love's over"

Maybe it's our destiny to be apart
Or a challenge that we need to face
If she really has the other half of my heart
It will find a way to follow it's trace

But if not, maybe this is the right decision
To put an end for the love that we had
I just can't let myself to be imprisoned
In her love, that understanding can't last

So now, Im afraid to fall in love again
Scared with this new girl might bring the same pain
Do I have to let her open the door of my heart
Or simply close it because she might tear it apart

If I shut my heart and ignore her, would it be fair?
What if, she really deserved my love and care?
Well, I guess.... I'll just wait for fear to be over
But what if it's endless, will she wait for me forever?
