sounds like a tasty dorama....i like teppanyaki though i haven't eaten at a teppanyaki restaurant in many many years....i'll borrow some of my pix from the food thread that illustrate Japan's best beef cooked teppanyaki style

the closest i've come in the states is sizzling american kobe beef with enoki mushrooms and onions....i drooled and cried for joy at the same time...
