I enjoyed watching in it yesterday as well. I thought it was good but I thought the story was a bit thinner than previous Ghibli films.

Yeah, it doesn't have a story depth of Kiki or Mononoke (my two faves), but it was an enjoyable film... More so than Ponyo, IMO.

The Borrowers was a terrific book as I remember. There is a reason its a classic.
I thought Ponyo was a bit of a bore. Sorry.  _________________
