BTW, I received the disk today and it played OK on my computer. Thanks! There were some very minor freezes in the video but it may have been my computer and not the avi file. I will certainly be ordering more in the future...and not just one episode! Thanks so much again for providing this service!

I have had a problem with one of the discs from you.
In the menu of Million Stars Falling from the Sky 6-11 instead of the MPEG Symbol it pulls up with a question mark instead and wont play although I watched 1-5 no problem and Ai No Uta ep on the same disc works too.
ANy ideas or suggestions?

what media player was being used? at least give us that bit of info, notwithstanding operating system or codecs installed so far wasn't mentioned whatsoever... maybe i missed it...
anyway, to attempt to help out, i tried to play these episodes (6-9) on one of my baseline machines -- meaning it has nothing extra installed.
no core media player, no bsplayer, no videolan, no ffdshow, no vobsub... except for media player classic.
played without a problem and also regular windows media player (both big and mplayer2) plays it as well
so suggest getting media player clasic from a reputable, hopefully spyware free site. good luck, hope this helps gg
