There might be a slight delay in the orders. I had a HD crap out on the computer that I use to burn the dvds, so I'm taking the time to just rip it apart and fix it up.

Shameful Cry

Damn 1 year warranties....

Shameful Cry

Don't worry, it just means that I'm not ready to take the order yet. My next batch'll be sometime later in the week.

Hey!

I live in Hawaii, but does that mean I pay the $1 for the US or the $4 for anywhere else (since it is sort of overseas and all)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm doing this strictly to help people out, and not for profit.

After seeing the amount of people that wanted my old JDorama CDRs, I've decided that I would extend it to offer DVD services for people.

Just like last time, the cost will be the actual cost of the disc and actual shipping.

This is on the first page. The discs I use are RiDate DVD-R. And I just started messin' with Smartbuy DVD-R's. Out of RiData(90) I've only had 1 coaster, and no coasters with Smartbuy(47).

Besides, I'm providing my own discs and shipping each way, I don't see where the problem lays.

Yeah, that's fine, but it'll be $1.00 for the shipping envelope, and $.25 for the sleeves for each dvd, and then shipping cost. Also, I'd suggest you send atleast 2 extra blanks just in case I do get a coaster.

Okay, that's cool, I would send you a HDD to put everyone on if I could hehe, but I don't think you'd like that. I'll see what I can do. I have 3 full spindles of DVD-R's so I dont' want to pay 1$ a disc

Unbelievable !!!!!
"I dont' want to pay 1$ a disc"? Then don't pay it.

Burburu, how do you put up with people like this?
Don't people realize this is a free service provided by you out of the goodness of your heart? It's not a business where you have to cater to customers demands.
Why don't you charge some fantastically large extra fees for special handling on orders that do not follow your simple rules?
Better yet, why not just ignore the stupid requests by these unreasonable people.
Just a thought.
The posts by kskou and ishikawa minoru say it better than I was able to do. Thank again for the great service you provide to all the fans of dorama.
Sparky.

I agree with sparky. Applaud

Just want to point out what i see, Burburu doesnt make profit from this great service. He has to pay for dvd media, electricity, download service and replace new dvd burners that those out off service. Also, he has to spend a lot time sitting on front the computer just to burn dvds. This definitely time consume. Sweat

It is not easy to download drama on the internet using torrent. For me, I just couldn't bare to take 1 to 2 hours just to download a episode. I would rather pay $1 for a dvd 4.45gb of files than using my whole day to download.

Just want to thanks Burburu for offer this great service. Applaud Dancing

I agree.Hadn't it been for Burburu I wouldn't have one tenth of the dorama I have at the moment, and no,it doesn't take me an hour to download a single episode...more like a day at the very least!I distinctly remembering how long I had to wait just to download the Densha Otoko Special,at least a week.
So,to all those who can do nothing but make stupid demands like november I suggest you start realizing this service isn't a right, but rather a privilege. In the end this kind of crap will only make this service end..I know I'd have ended this a long time ago had there been people comming up with unreasonable demands.
