maybe he was already planning to commit suicide before he did the crime to Emiko

he committed suicide, because he knew he would die eventually since he killed amuro namie's mother. amuro namie is a famous star, and they would have been ruthless in his case. also if i remember correctly, its not actually namie's uncle, emiko (amuro namie's mom) was dating the older brother of the man who killed her.
This all happened when amuro namie was coming back from her maternal leave also. Such a tragedy, that she didn't have much time to mourn for her mother's death, she had to perform on Kouhaku and various TV shows for Respect the Power of love.

Very sad news today. Hong Kong actress, Anita Mui has passed away aged 40 after a long battle with cancer. A great loss. I will miss her among many others fans.

HONG KONG : Canto-pop diva Anita Mui, who suffered from cancer of the womb, died early Tuesday morning. She was 40.

According to reports, Mui had earlier slipped into a coma and needed respiratory treatment to help her breathe.

Her death was announced by her friends from the Hong Kong entertainment circle, who had rushed to the hospital upon hearing that her condition had worsened.

Earlier this month, there had been speculation that Mui had liver failure, but her manager denied the report.

The singer first confirmed that she was suffering from cancer of the womb at a news conference in September.

But she said her condition was stable.

She even held a concert in Hong Kong last month.

Yea, I got my info from the South China Morning Post. I certainly wouldn't have posted it if it wasn't fact. I had read of her condition earlier this year and she vowed to fight it, sadly she lost.

Yeah, I heard about it this morning from the news too. Came about as a shock because I thought she's still going strong. It's a sad thing... to lose such talented people like her. My condolences to her family and friends

Just read the news. How shocking! I have so many of her movies and she was a great actress, she could switch between comedy and drama with ease. It is a sad day indeed.
