Just done watching "Joze, the Tiger, and the Fish". So far I've seen Ms. Ueno in action in "Swing Girls", "Orange Days", "Tsubasa no Oreta Tenshitachi", and "Joze", and it's like I'm seeing 4 different persons - a tribute to her acting skills.

I've ripped a short footage from Joze, the part where Tsuneo (Tsumabuki) first made-out with Kanae.

Yeah, I should make some screencaps... my lazy ass needs to do that. I still haven't gotten around to making those Masami Nagasawa caps from Touch either.

I wanna at least make a Jozee screencap of Juri Ueno in the wig/get-up. I must say, that was hot.

My order of the book "Tsubasa no Oreta Tenshitachi" arrived. As I expected I understand not a word of it (my Japanese class teachers told me that I could probably start to understand it after a year if I worked really hard, but tthe way they looked at me seemed to say I'm better off staying illiterate). From a preliminary glance though it looks the story was heavily edited for the drama.

I've also pre-ordered the DVD, which is due for release on 20th Jun. Again I don't expect to understand much, as least until someone come up with subtitles. Nonetheless it feels good to have the novel and the DVD on my bookshelf.

I learned how to use Screen Grap Pro (old dogs do learn new tricks sometimes) and tried it out on "Joze, the Tiger, and the Fish". I'm posting my efforts here. Please note that this is not a complete synopsis of the movie as I only grapped scenes in which Ms. Ueno appeared.

Tsubasa's subber, 'horizon180', is having exams at the moment. He said on d-addict that he'll post the subs for ep3 and ep4 after the exams, hopefully at the end of this month.
