Itoh Misaki's new drama. Details: * Title: エジソンの母 * Title (Romaji): Edison no Haha * Genre: Human drama, comedy * Format: Renzoku * Broadcast network: TBS * Broadcast period: 2008-Jan-11 to 2008-Mar * Air time: Friday 22:00 Synopsis: -The series focuses on Ayukawa Noriko, the teacher of a class of first-graders. One day, a boy named Kento transfers into her class from another school, where he was treated as a problem child. In reality, the inquisitive Kento actually displays potential as a prodigy, and it's up to Noriko to figure out how to handle him. The story draws inspiration from the childhood of famous inventor Thomas Edison, who was also considered a problem child by most adults around him. awesome, now i can get back to watching dramas, since there wasn't any good ones showing last season.

try Dream Again dude.. starring Takashi Sorimachi (GTO Live).. you might like it.. its a very matured drama.. Smile

lol, are they sub on d addicts? but yeah i've missed like 3 months of drama time. hopefully this one will keep me busy until gta 4 and devil may cry 4 comes out

Yeah, I saw GTO so I know who Sorimachi is, but I haven't ever seen a sports drama... Sweat

I'm not sure how much I am into matured dramas thought as I like a bit of comedy in mine to keep it exciting.

slashersam016 I like that pic of Misaki for your avatar I haven't really heard anything much else about this drama since it's been announced unfortunately. off topic: you want another Densha Otoko special?! Well, if there was to be another one, I'd hope Yamada would have even more confidence in himself or else his character might be too much to bear again

yep i want another Densha SP.. maybe a wedding special.. that would be great.. about Yamada's personality i have no problem in that.. wheres the fun if his character hugely changed.. i like the way Atsuki's character is.. Smile

I haven't decided if I am going to watch it yet There are just a ridiculous amount of dramas this season that are looking pretty good... I think I am gonna wait a bit to see how people liking it. edit: I was also gonna say that it looks like Misaki isn't as skinny anymore compared to YOKO so basically she's looking better
