Tsubasa Imai's First Solo Single
Tsubasa Imai, member of popular Johnny's duo Tackey&Tsubasa, has announced the release of his first single for February 24th.
Tsubasa made the first move of his solo career with the release of a live DVD in September last year, more than half a year after his group mate Takizawa Hideaki debuted with his first solo single, Ai Kakumei, which came out in January.
BACKBORN, as the single is titled, features a strong number with a theme based around the mixture of the words "backbone" and "born". The release will also feature the up-tempo song Kimi to nara as the b-side and will be available to purchase in three editions.
Two limited versions of the single will go on sale: one with a DVD including the PV for BACKBORN and off-shot footage, and the other edition including a 52-page photobook instead. The CD-only edition will feature an additional third track called [ASAP].

Its a nice song but i didnt hear the full song,Is there a PV of it?

Takizawa, Nishikido battle in new drama

Hideaki Takizawa (27) has picked up his first starring role in a serial drama since 2005. He will share the screen with Ryo Nishikido (24) in a TBS series tentatively titled gOrthros no Inu,h named after the two-headed dog from Greek mythology.
The thrilling human drama has Takizawa playing the role of a mysterious and ambitious man with a wicked heart, who possesses the power to heal pain and illness with the touch of his hand. Nishikido, on the other hand, plays a high school teacher with a gentle heart, but who has the ability to kill with his touch. The two happen to meet, resulting in a battle of good and evil.
Takizawafs last starring role in a series was in the 2005 NHK taiga drama gYoshitsune.h Before that, he played the lead in Fuji TVfs gBoku Dake no Madonna.h
TBS will broadcast gOrthros no Inuh on Friday nights at 10:00pm, starting in July.

Here is the news of Tackey
Tackey & Tsubasa member Hideaki Takizawa released his second solo single last week, titled "Sha La La / Mugen no Hane." It sold more than 46,000 copies, enough to rank #1 on the weekly charts. His first single, "Ai Kakumei," came out in January and also topped the charts.
Three other artists made the top ten with new singles: Kaela Kimura (#4), SOPHIA (#7), and May'n (#10).
Meanwhile, another Hideaki led the way on the album charts. At close to 31,000 copies, Hideaki Tokunaga's "WE ALL" barely beat out last week's #1 by Takeshi Tsuruno. The only other new music album to break the top ten was Hiroshi Tamaki's "Times..." at #9.
