As Arashinokoto said, the woman in the picture is Haruka Igawa. No way it is Ai Kato, she has rather slim body and small breasts (Well, Igawa too). Quite a pity that her career has more or less peaked. Her popularity started going downhill just about when she started acting in doramas and Miho Yoshioka was becoming popular.

Its ok, she is not that well known in the dorama scene. But a very famous idol in the picture book scene.
