Synopsis

Seven years ago, Terayama Kazuki died of cancer at the young age of 25, leaving behind his wife Tetsuko and father Rentaro. They live together and are a family, but theirs is a delicate relationship of daughter-in-law and father-in-law with no blood ties. Through the intriguing people Tetsuko comes into contact with who were linked by fate to her kindhearted husband, she is freed from the pain of the loss of a loved one and begins to start life again.

1.	Quirky Characters at Crossroads [Rating: 8/10] A dentist so lonely that she has to find company with a tortoise. A female colleague who couldn't let go of a past relationship. A gynaecologist who smirks on wrong occasions lost his job as a result, meets an ex-cabin attendant who lost her job because she couldn't smile . A cousin who quarrelled with his girlfriend over an old car. A widower and a retiree trying to make themselves useful. Two second generation gentlemen who took over their fathers' profession. Sounds boring? It was in the beginning. I thought it was a winter drama, deadpanned script dealing with how to cope with grief. But there were very funny moments in their interaction. It's all about people encountering their crossroads in life and taking courage to start a new beginning. Still sounds boring? Well, skip this then.

1.	Comments by Eyeyore [Rating: 8/10] i wonder why it's seven episodes. Slow take-off in the beginning. I needed a third attempt to dive into it because it takes a while to warm up to the story and characters. And thereafter, it becomes fun to watch. Every episode has its hilarious moment.
