A fairly average drama with fairly average performances, writing, and direction. While I'm a fan of Esumi Makiko and Ishihara Satomi, somehow the way this show was developed just didn't sit well with me. It felt more like a drawn-out ad for having your family member autopsied (I know this is an issue in Japan), rather than a drama series. Though I like Ishihara's range as an actress, her performance was too all over the place in this show. I do wish they had focused less on Esumi's character's family as well and did more to come up with absorbing mysteries. In the end what should've been a great series was truly mediocre. |

It was a really great medical-detective drama with many outstanding actors and actresses (Esumi, Ishihara, Shida, Inagaki, etc.). All cases were nearly perfect. Nearly, because there were some illogical mistakes that made this drama not so good. And last epizode wasn't that good, too. But overall, these series were kinda interesting and useful. |
