Anyone here seen this?
I just finished the drama version, and it was SO SWEET! It's so adorable! I really want to see the movie version too, but I can't get it since I'm in the US.

Movie cover of Ima, Ai ni Yuki Masu

I thought Narimiya did a great job, but at some point it felt like he didn't fit. However he and Mimura did GREAT together!! I loved the ending too, I'm not gonn give anything aways, but I think this movie/drama is a MUST SEE!!!

Yes. I completed the RAW series of the TV Drama already. Watching with the new subtitles pack now. Big Grin

Have watched the movie 4 times in the cinema already. And I still found the movie more touching than the TV Drama. Yuko and Shidou did a very very fantastic job at portraying Mio and Taku respectively. And they got married after the set finished as well. Bleah

Certainly reccomend this drama/movie as well! Victory! Peace!

Hi, I reversed the English and Japanese text so that you can see the English in the latest posts list.

Oh ok, that's fine, I actually forgot about considering that...

Oh so the movie one is better, as I would think so...

But do you mean they LITERALLY got married, or that the characters got married??

They got married literally after the movie. Wink

Think the info was in the Yuko Takeuchi thread. In the front few pages.

Well, it was a shotgun marriage. She was 3 months pregnant when Shidou Nakamura announced it to the general press/public...

finally a thread on this wonderful movie. Think it didnt create much publicity for show but this is definitely one of the better show that came up of japan for that year. The show is beautiful filmed and the acting by the actors in it was painfully touching. Really enjoyed the bittersweet story.

Now i am the crazy one. Bought the R2 limited editon. Found out the R3 HK version has English subtitle and bought it. Days later, R3 HK version came with a limited edition. Bought it as well. Now i am broke but happy. This is the best movie i have ever seen. Got to see it if you have not.

Can someone help me out on the ending a bit?

SPOILER:

Is it that she REALLY came back like the story,
or was it just that Takumi was reading Mio's Dairy about the dream she had...? I got a little confused on the story...could someone help me out...

Is the movie currently being seeded anywhere? The movie always looked intriguing.

I just finished the movie. I agree that this is quite possibly the best movie I've ever seen. As for the ending, this is what I gather:
