This happens automatically for me, so I would imagine it has something to do with DirectVobsub. *lifted from another forum, credits go to somebody called Moonwatcher*To display the subtitles download Directvobsub and install it, it will automatically load the srt file into your player when you view your movie file.

If by uploading you mean uploading files to your/somebody else's account, then no, it doesn't use up your download MBs.
