Hi... I have been watching kurosagi for thepast for weeks and really enjoying it, but the last epsiode is a bit confusing, can someone explain it to me? My confusion is:

I know they are trying to make a profit from buying and selling shares, but why is it that the share must go down before 2pm for kurosagi to win? And who is that guy whom kurosagi was trying to outwit, how come he is a good friend of the old man? I think the old man was using kurosagi to get something, but I didn't understand what it was..

don't know if he looks pedophile... but creepy. I think he is thinking out something evil, like he wants to use Tsurara against Kurosagi, as Kurosagi shows he cares for her. Or something...

But I can't quite get it, the old man is doing a lot more for Kurosagi than just selling information, I mean he fixes accounts and fake companies... why does he do that? Is it just to play with Kurosagi and in the end proof to the boy that he can't really do anything for revenge??

Something is really wrong with the old man. I'm not quite understanding why Kurosaki is working with him...the old man seems like he's trying to psychologically mess with Kuro's head. Plus, I don't like the way he eats! It would be funny if he was just pigging out all the time, but he does it in such a gross way. Ew. I haven't seen the fifth episode yet, but I really hope the old man's character gets better.
