Another thing, Taiyou no Uta was ranked 8th for saddest film.

Quote:
Oricon: saddest films
Sun, January 6, 2008 (6:34am EST)
Along with its recent survey about funny films, Oricon asked a thousand people which films made them cry the most.

The #1 answer was the international hit "Titanic." Two other American films made the top ten: "Armageddon" (#3) and "The Green Mile" (tied for #8).

"Crying Out Love, In the Center of the World" ranked 2nd, while "Ima, Ai ni Yukimasu" ranked 4th. "Koizora" and "Always: Sanchome no Yuhi" tied for 5th, ahead of "Grave of the Fireflies" (#7). Also on the list were "Taiyou no Uta" (#8) and "Nada Sousou" (#10).

Oricon: saddest films

1. Titanic
2. Crying Out Love, In the Center of the World
3. Armageddon
4. Ima, Ai ni Yukimasu
5. Koizora, Always: Sanchome no Yuhi
7. Grave of the Fireflies
8. Taiyou no Uta, The Green Mile
10. Nada Sousou

What do you guys think?
I never thought the movie was that sad.

Yes, I know what you mean.

Myself felt the movie actually left some good feelings at the end.

If it were an American movie, the end would have been different Smile I thought it was sad.. but I loved it.

BTW: Thank You My Teens is also up on Veoh... at least it was, the other day.

yeah i never thought taiyou no uta was that sad too, though i agree about 'crying out love in the centre of the world'.

Anyway namidairo sounds like a nice song! can't wait for the single to be out!

Hmm i'm looking forward to Yui's next concert! (though her previous one just ended.) I REALLY hope i have the chance to go to her next concert!
