i like j-dorama like kurosagi, hana kimi, nobuta wo produce, my boss my hero, liar game, and so much more!!

i like yamapi, maki horikita, kame, nagase tomoya, toda erika.

like j-rock like gazette, miyavi, alice nine, nightmare...currently listening to uverworld...they rock the house!!!

currently watching the queen's classsroom..

Hello. I am new.

I don't watch alot of J-doramas yet, but I need to watch alot to practice Japanese. I am a 3rd year Japanese student. By 4th year I will expected to know casual / conversational Japanese even though we are never taught it in this system. (We are using the JSL system. I hate the JSL system.)

Basically, at my school, students are expected to go to Japan for a term and learn casual conversation type Japanese from home-stay families. However, I cannot afford a term abroad. So, I have a problem.

Anyway, I need to find some series to watch. I've been wacthing RHPlus, which is a terrible show about Japanese vampires. I am in love with the show, though. I searched this forum for RHPlus and got no results. I am hoping to find other, less silly, doramas that I would like.

I like supernatural shows, slice of life shows, Go, etc. I tend to loathe romantic comedies. So, if anyone has any reccomendations for me, that would be great. Thanks.

I really recommend Liar Game! I saw it recently and I love it! It's not a romantic comedy so don't worry
