At what point does the series go from season one to season two?

k, got a question - not for the live action but for the anime. I keep seeing sailormoon uncut episodes on torrent sites. Why is it uncut? is there an eidted version, and what is there to edit?

the whole american release is edited... basicaly they took scenes out here and there.. and they changed ALOT of the story...

the undedited verison ya see cropping up all over are from the recently released japanese DVDs which contain the original series uncut unedited and best of all with english subbtitles.. someone online decided to post them on BT, but you could just buy them if ya have the cash $100 plus for one boxset...

hey at least they're online and they're high quality i say go pick them up.. this is a sailor moon fans dream come true... but i already have the DVD boxset... i made my GF buy them for me
on a side note: DANG IT ARNEL i DID't wanna log in today, cuz i'm busy... but i saw this and i felt i HAD to reply... DAMN U!!! jkjkjk =P

Listenin to seiyuu songs of Sailor Moon, still haven't finished all. Sailor Mars' 2nd song is pretty good, Sakura Fubuki. Avoid Sailor Moon's 2nd song....UGH! It's horrible and her voice sounds cheesy and not to mention the song itself Definitely not a singer

Minako rocks! I dunno how, at first, I hated her and now, I just fell in love with her! Ooo.. she's so cute when she does the hand movements on stage!

Personally, I think Usagi's second song was much more better than the first one, and (sorry to loveless) Keiko's second song doesn't sound that nice comparing to the first one. Jupiter can definitely sing and Hama is okay as well.

So no one knows at what point the series went from season one to season two?

er... I don't quite get what you mean, Master Pivot.

Personally, I think it's being divided into season one and two because of these:

1) Hina broke it off with Mamoru
2)Mamoru went to London
3)Ami coming back
4)Mio's appearance

But mostly, I would stick to 4). It sounded more logical...

I was just reposting a previous message and tried to phrase it such that people would realize it was a repost of an unanswered question. Obviously, I didn't phrase it very well or some such.

Basically, I wanted to know at what point the series supposed went from season one to season two (if it can even be delineated as such) since episode 29+ was released on bittorrent. AFAIK, a season is usually 13 episodes or 26 episodes (plus or minus a episode ot two due to programming).

Very possible. I was thinking that it is/was around the two episodes dealing with Ami coming back. Kind of like:
Season finale: Ami "kills" Usagi
New season: Ami comes back and Usagi survives. Plus unusual/non-regular opening and special ending with cast credits.

Although now that I think about it, the special opening/ending could have indicated the end of the season...

Finished 30th today. Dunno how long I will able to see further episodes since Mio is getting on my nerves Her hideous face makes me want to quit watchin the series! *sorry mio fans*

i totally agree.. i hate mio with a passion.. but something that really irks me is why they can't get a better actor or even someone with a prettier face.. alisa doesn't really good good onscreen

If I remember correctly, the new season was devided two episodes before the new opening sequence, either that or the one just before the new opening.
