Interesting, but Frustrating [Rating: 7/10]
It wis a well-acted drama with some interesting events. The main actress is kind of frustrating in the choices she seems to make because the guy she "loves" so much seems to be the least interesting character. How she would not love the Kimura character is quite inexplicable. Also, the gay character seems to be easily disbatched dying as a father which then makes him more acceptable which doesn't seem to feel genuine to the character. I enjoyed seing Kimura at a young age and see the beginning of his popularity. | Long vacation [ロングバケーション]
A Great Drama [Rating: 10/10]
This is a fabulous drama with a rich storyline and excellent acting. It creates such an interest in the character you feel like youn want life to work out for them so much that your heart will break if it doesn't end happily. Along with Pride it is my favorite Kimura Takuya drama who is simply a great actor, not just an incredibly handsome man. He play so many different roles with such believability that you feel he has become his character. The music is also quite beautiful and the ending is really nice. Don't miss it, it's great!!!!! |
