Densha Otoko [電車男] I wish I could vote for this a million times! One of the best dramas I have seen in a long time! The characters are so well-developed. The story is AWESOME! You won't go wrong with this drama!
Gokusen [ごくせん] This show is amazing! I hope I'm as good of a teacher as Yankumi!
GTO [麻辣教師] There's a reason this is the number one rated drama. It rocks!!!! Onizuka is an amazing character. And the kids each have great stories! When I am watching it, I can't help but smile from ear to ear! If you love j-drama, you'll LOVE GTO!!!
Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] I wish US drama was more like this! Just hearing the the theme song for HYD makes me happy! Everyone in my family loves this show! You haven't seen a romantic comedy until you watch Hana Yori Dango!!!

Gokusen [ごくせん] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) This is a fun teacher drama. I used to *LOVE* it and then I saw GTO and GTO is soooo much better in terms of comedy. But Yankumi will always have a place in my heart. After all, she's my teacher role model!

Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) Oh how I love this drama! It is the first drama I've ever seen and it set the bar high for any of my future viewing experiences, but as you can see from the list, I haven't been disappointed by the selection!
Hana Yori Dango is so well done. I love the anime, but the drama blew me away!!! If only everyone in the world could watch it!!!
Kimi wa Petto [きみはペット] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) Great J-drama. A little more serious than GTO, but fun nonetheless. Great ending! You won't be disappointed!
Mukodono! [ムコ殿/女婿大人] Rating: 10/10 An amazing comedy! Guaranteed to bring a smile to your face!
Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース] Stop the whining! [Rating: 3/10] I am currently on the second to last episode and I have to say, this is the first Japanese drama that I've seen that I haven't fully enjoyed. It's far too slow. I am having a great deal of trouble finishing the episodes in all honesty.
Now it could be that I'm at a different place in my life than the show's target audience, but the characters whine far too much. And this critique is coming from someone who has a high tolerance for whiny teenagers. After all, I love Holden Caulfield from Catcher in the Rye!
Now, as for what's good about the show. Nobuta is adorable, but the other characters really don't strike a chord with me. Now it could be that I had high hopes for this drama, but it just isn't that good. I've been forcing myself to finish this series in the hopes that it will get better, but I fear with just one episode left, it's going no where! I really wish I could have given this a good review! I had such high hopes for the drama!
