Kitsuchi's drama votes (5)
GTO [麻辣教師]
Excellent drama.
Hana Yori Dango [花より男子]
A j-dorama you should watch at least once in your life.
Orange Days [オレンジデイズ]
This show is amazing. Great and touching. I think the actors are really good in this show. I even got to learn some sign language myself when the actors were talking to the deaf Sae. It's interesting and you get to learn a bit about how deaf people can feel. It's good and sad, but the ending turned out good at least ^_^. I recommend it!
Summer snow
Summer Snow is really good and touching. I couldn't stop the tears on a few scenes.. It is actually my first J-dorama I've ever watched. I'm glad that Summer Snow became the first one, because it's really good. I highly recommend this J-dorama to those who haven't seen it yet.
Zettai Kareshi [絶対彼氏]
Voting! GAH, it's so <insert awesome word here>! :D

Kitsuchi's artiste votes (9)
Kamenashi Kazuya [亀梨和也]
Funny actor. I like his ways of showing emotions and his behaviours.
Koike Teppei [小池徹平]
He's cute. I like the sound of his voice. He's a playful guy and I like that. It's fun watching him. He needs more votes and attention.
Narimiya Hiroki [成宮寛貴]
Narimiya Hiroki is funny and sweet. I've seen him in 'Orange Days' and 'Stand Up !!' and he's been acting really well there. I like his style ^_^.
Nishikido Ryo [錦戸亮]
Funny guy. I hope he'll make some more dark and serious dramas next time. It would be cool. I think it would fit him. Though, seeing him being all funny isn't bad at all. It's Ryo we're talking about.
Oguri Shun [小栗旬]
I can't do anything but agree that he's very cute and handsome. He's very good as an actor, he really has talent. He was probably the very first actor that caught my eye immediately, while 'Summer Snow' was my first dorama. Watch a dorama with him and you can't let him go.
Okada Yoshinori [岡田義徳]
I've seen him a few times and catched my attention quickly. He's sweet and should get more attention than he has today.
Shibasaki Kou [柴咲コウ]
She's a really good actor. For example in 'Orange Days' and 'Good Luck !!'. She played her roles excellent. It's not easy playing a deaf person..
Sorimachi Takashi [反町隆史]
He was one of the first actors that got my attention and made me one of his fans.
Yamashita Tomohisa [山下智久]
One of the best among the actors. I've got no more words. He's just.. Kon! ^_^

Aishiteiru to Ittekure [愛していると言ってくれ]
Rating: 4/10 (Watched)
Good but it still had buts. A bit slow sometimes and some incidents didn't make any sense to me, but it was still watchable I guess. The acting wasn't lacking at all and how they managed to handle the sign language was good and realistic.
Anego [アネゴ]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
This dorama has nice cast. Jin is really cute and a good actor as expected and I think Ryoko also was a good actress. It was the first time for me seeing Ryoko act. .. But talking about personalities; I didn't like Ryoko's person, Noda Naoko, much. It was fine at the beginning when she always helped her friends with their problems and all, but after a while, it became too much. I just thought like, "Can't you just refuse them or something next time they ask for advice?" I mean, she's tired and sick of it already. And her friends don't notice it. But I guess that's part of Ryoko's role. It was just annoying at times.. I either didn't like how she switched between Jin and Sawaki. It felt like she was playing with them. I didn't get the feeling of love from her. It was confusing of who she actually had feelings for. The first day she said this and that nice thing to one of them, and the next day she would dump that person and switch to the another. And how she played with Jin - proposing to him, going on a date and saying she was only playing around on top of it. Well, all in all, I didn't like her character so much. I just felt like she only wanted SOMEONE to marry. But I liked Jin's acting though. He was emotional and sweet and we all knew that he fell for Naoko from the start. It was nice seeing him having an eye on her all the time and when he became all happy-smiley when the two of them got a little closer.. The end was, however, actually bad. Nothing much had changed from when the series started. Just Jin and Naoko getting a little more closer. But Jin is still after Naoko and Naoko is still after someone to marry. We didn't get to know for sure if Naoko fell for Jin at last or something.. But then, there was that fairly good themesong. And well, Jin was like the sun shining in the series and made it alive. So, it's worth watching anyway. I enjoyed it like 85%.
Asunaro hakusho [あすなろ白書]
Rating: 5/10 (Watched)
Dunno what to write, but it was sweet I guess. At least the first few episodes. It only dragged through the rest till the ending. The Kakei character was irritating, he barely said anything, repeated the "Ahh, that's right" and seemed cold and blunt sometimes.. Didn't understand why all girls fell in love with him, and not Toride.. Kakei was nothing special compared to Toride, who was so thoughtful and caring.. z.z Anyway, I liked the Matsuoka character the most amongst the Asunaro Club. His acting was the greatest and seemed real to me. So great job to him. And of course Kimura, Toride that is, was acting perfectly in my eyes. He's got a talent for acting, even at that young age. I was impressed by his acting, it was only the beginning for him still at that time :j So, eeh.. As most commenters already have written, the last few episodes was dragging and could have been skipped. Actually, that was probably the main problem, it got annoying. Other than that, the rest is okay anyway, even though. I enjoyed the beginning nonetheless. Up to you if you're going to watch. I won't recommend this, but still okay for killing time.
Attention Please [アテンションン プリース]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
It was the first time for me watching Ueto Aya in a role in a dorama. In the first episode, I remember that I thought that I felt like she seems unsure in acting. I don't know what it was, but she seemed a bit fake? Maybe the fact that she was supposed to play a hrockerh-role. I didn't really get the feeling about her being a rocker – just some other hyper girl pretending. That was at first anyway, but the more I watched the series, I got used to her and began to like her.. She's not one of the best actors, she has yet to improve a bit, but she's surely on her way. Well, at least when talking about this series, since this is the only one I've watched Aya in so far. The other from the cast were acting great and I can't recall any disturbing acts. The series was good and funny, yet so touching at times. I enjoyed watching this series. I wasn't bored. Though it didn't excite me much.. Maybe because nothing much did happen. Just Aya training and trying to be a cabin attendant and going through hardships through the way, with some of the senpai's/colleagues being evil and then turning nice.. But anyhow, the end turned to a good happy end and that's the most important, right? Though I wish that the relationship between Shouta and Misaki would have gone a little further, showing Shouta a bit being interested in Misaki at least, to give a little hope in the end for the two of them. But maybe he already seemed interested? Anyway, Attention Please was a good series worth watching. At least give it a chance if you think it seems boring. ^_^ You get to know what hard work cabin attendants actually do, and not only serving tea or coffee to the passengers.
Bambino! [バンビーノ!]
Rating: 5/10 (Watched)
I can say that the acting skills was very great and funny. MatsuJun is surely a skilled actor already, that's what I think. And the other roles in the series was also convincing. Some were funny, like Edo-san and Masashi-san(-kun XD). But even though.. the plot wasn't too exciting. It was actually boring at times, because it was this disturbing thing coming up sometimes and then MatsuJun would come and suddenly say, "Yosh! I'll try hard and not lose!" - something like that and everything would go smoothly again. It got tiring after some episodes.. Well, the first few ones when you just need to get into the plot, was funny and interesting. But then you start thinking "Okay.. I got it... give me next, please, and make it done" :/.. It was sad thinking like that because I really like MatsuJun's acting, he's funny and great.. So the reason who kept me watching this series until its ending was all because of MatsuJun. If it wasn't him acting as Bambino, I would probably stop watching or something.. ^_^;. He was all acting happy-go-lucky-easy in this series. Although I'm complaining, I'm glad I watched it, because I did learn a few things.. I'm not going to write the things up - you have to discover those for yourself ;P.
Beautiful life [ビューティフルライフ]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
This was a really beautiful and sad story.. It kind of reminded me of Ichi Ritoru no Namida. Maybe they took the idea from it? However, the love between Shuji and Kyoko is sweet. The story is deep but yet so simple.. Kimura Takuya is an excellet actor. This is my first time seeing Tokiwa Takako act and I really like her. She is really good. I liked her always strong and healthy behaviours ^_^. I also liked the theme song for this dorama. This is a highly recommended dorama ^_^.
Boku dake no Madonna [僕だけのマドンナ]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
I started watching this dorama because of Takki. He's a really good actor, though I have to confess that I got mad at him sometimes. I've seen Hasegawa Kyoko (as Surumi) before acting on Dragon Zakura, but I didn't pay much attention to her then. But this time, as one of the main characters, she showed me that she's a good actor as well. She played really well. I liked the plot of this dorama. It was sweet and sometimes confusing though.. Almost at the end, you get scared a bit for how it's going to end, but by watching the end, you get relieved and start smiling of the cutesy. This dorama is funny, cute, sad.. I liked it very much. You should have wathed it ^_^.
Dandori [ダンドリ]
Rating: 4/10 (Watched)
Actually pretty boring storyline, but gets interesting at times anyways.. Don't have much else to say about this o; Just.. watch this when you have free time and nothing else to do.. but you probably shouldn't be so bored because this is already pretty boring itself, so you'd be overbored.. so watch this when you're feeling somewhere at the top or something. And um, great ending song by UVERworld, a plus ^_^.. and some sweet actors/actresses. Also, the dancesteps were pretty awesome actually.. much in sync. These girls aren't cheerleaders otherwise, they are merely actresses.. so they must have been practicing alot for this series. They did good!~
Densha Otoko [電車男]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
This series is crazy and funny.. and great at the same time. This j-dorama is good, especially knowing that it's based on a true story. But then all that Denshas crying really annoyed me.. and other small stuff too, but other than that, it is a great dorama. After all, thinking about the meaning of this j-dorama makes you like it anyway.. There are different ways of thinking about this dorama.
Dragon Zakura [ドラゴン桜]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
This dorama is much likely as many others, but one shouldn't compare. One should see this as a dorama by itself. However, I really enjoyed watching it. I agree that there were alot of gaps in the dorama. It ended weirdly, almost just as it started. It left you with alot of questions wanting answers and some stuff haven't even been solved. Like the romance, the relations between people and also problems relating their families.. "What happened to them? What were they planning to do afterwards?".. Questions like that. Also, there were alot that happened just like that, without showing us from were it came. Like Naomi entering the class again out of nowhere. How come she changed her mind? Also, the fact that everyone didn't manage to admit Todai.. At least, choose the "right" persons to fail, because those two who failed were those who did the best out of the class. How could they possibly fail and the others manage the exam? It was quite shocking.. Well, although that, I enjoyed the dorama until the last episode.. honestly. I don't regret watching it. The casts were after all great and you got to learn some things yourself too while watching Sakuragi-sensei teach the students. So it wasn't a waste of time at all - noway. I recommend you watching this dorama. I think it has a meaning behind it. Even if something right in front of you looks so impossible; if you try real hard, the impossible can turn into possible. Show the world what one can do right intheirfaces. After all, it's only two letters - imPOSSIBLE can so easily turn into POSSIBLE (just to erase, right?). Watch ^_^! (There are also hot guys and girls in this dorama - how can you miss this? ;P)
First Kiss [ファースト・キス]
Rating: 6/10 (Watched)
A drama which encourages you to love and be happy. Some people are afraid of loving and be honest to oneself, the feeling of being happy can scare a few. Through this drama you'll learn that this is an abvious thing, to be scared of happiness because you're afraid of losing it once you recognize it, but at that instant you know about it, you're happy and that's how it should be. This moment is the most important. Don't worry about the future, believe in your own happiness, that it will last forever. And even if it ends, don't regret anything. "Love is amazing", as the series states itself. Instead of thinking how it ended, think about all the amazing memories you gained, both happy and sad. Give a "thank you" for meeting each other. Well, that's kind of the message I got from the series. It's worth watching, though not "superrecommended".... But worth it anyway. o.O I give it a 6 out of 10.
Friends [フレンズ]
Rating: 3/10 (Watched)
I've never seen a series or a movie about two main leads, who are from different countries, where the acting turned out good and the communication went smooth and natural and realistic. It always feels awkward for me and looks kind of stupid, and so did the main leads in this series.. ;/
Gachi Baka ! [ガチバカ !]
Rating: 6/10 (Watched)
Well, interesting.. funny sometimes.. I didn't like Tegoshi's character much. It looked dead, no smiles, barely any talks, he was like an abondoned cat. It was disappointing :/. Masuda was better, but he absolutely got a lot to learn about acting, it looked dumb in some scenes. He's still new though ^_^. As for the lead male actor, Katsunori, playing as Gounda Tetta, he was pretty good and I kind of liked him... As for the plot, it was kind of.. unspecial. The same teacher-saves-stupid-class.. Nothing unusual. The soundtrack was okay ^_^. About recommendations, I wouldn't say this is a must-see, but it's a series you can watch if you don't have anything else to see at the moment, or something. Looking forward for more serious dramas with Masuda and Tegoshi~.

I really liked this dorama ^_^. It's sweet and touching. The cast was great and acted well. I felt like rowing too when watching it. I never got bored and really enjoyed watching it.. There were the good themesong and the nice actors/actresses. I can't come up with something bad about this dorama. Definitely recommended ^_-.
Gokusen [ごくせん]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
Absolutely a ten no matter how much I think! I'm writing this right after I finished watching it and it's just sooo good. Everyone should watch it at least once! It was a really happy ending and I both cried and smiled widely at the same time. You can feel their happiness at the end. A really amazing j-dorama with feelings, expressions, emotions, different faces and amazing actors.... Watch!
Gokusen Season 2 [ごくせん2]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
I've watched Gokusen I before watching this Gokusen II, so I kind of knew that Gokusen II would be almost the same.. And it was. The story is that Yamaguchi-sensei once again takes in charge to teach on a high school, to class 3-D - the troublemakers. And then Yamaguchi-sensei starts to rescue the students everytime they get in trouble one by one, each episode. It's true that I didn't really found a real plot on this one.. It was just dragging each episode by the student's problems and then the sensei coming to their rescue and all.. Even though that, I liked this second Gokusen version anyway. It was humoristic, really funny.. Everytime the Head Teacher and Yamaguchi-sensei were together talking, I smiled and sometimes even laughed. They are really funny - with that bunny-sound and robot-sound too whenever they spoke to each other. And also, it was very cute when Yabuki Hayato (Akanishi Jin) always said "... kudapai!" instead of "kudasai", and his peace-waves. Regarding the actings, everyone were doing their characters really great. With good expressions and emotionals.. It's amazing how young actors like them can act so great. Yabuki, Odagiri, Tsucchi, Takeda.. The lead-students. They were really wonderful actors. It's true that I wasn't really looking forward to watch this series so much in the beginning.. And I kind of forced myself on the first episodes.. But the thing that I liked the most were those happy moments in the end of every episode, and I was especially looking forward for the last episode's ending. Not because I wanted it to end, but because I knew that the end would be really emotional and make you think "Yosha!". I actually dropped a few tears when watching the end. It made me happy and I felt like the students who were graduating were my children. Finally, the themesongs, "No More Cry" by D-51 and Kamenashi Kazuya's "Kizuna", was a good choice. They lived up to the series. So.. It's worth watching this dorama even if you got tired after Gokusen I. I, myself, liked this. If it wasn't for the dragging plot, I would have given this second version of Gokusen a 10 out of 10.
Good Luck !! [グッドラック!!]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
This is, without doubts, one of the best dorama I've watched. It's really so amazing. The casts are doing amazingly great too. I have seen doramas before with Kimura Takuya, and I like him very much. He is a good actor. I have as well seen Shibasaki Kou before, but not in as many doramas. So I was curious about this dorama and wanted to watch it - to see how she was. Well, to say, she acted really well in "Good Luck !!" as well as in "Orange Days". While watching this dorama you feel like flying somewhere in a plane and think that the pilots actually are doing their best for their customers. Because normally, you don't think about stuff like that.. But after watching this, you might begin to think of it. At first, I thought that this dorama sounded a bit boring, with the flying and all. I wasn't that interested in it. But as I figured that the dorama is quite popular and should be good, I decided to give it a try. And I'm not regretting it. It's true, before watching this, I thought nothing about flying. But after watching, I almost feel like being a pilot.. You should give this dorama a try if you haven't watched it. It's really good. There are, of course, both sad and happy incidents. And also shocking incidents that makes you think like "Oh, noo.. It can't be.." while gasping. So trust me and give this dorama a big try ;P.
GTO [麻辣教師]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
This is really great. Fascinating, interesting.. Nearly makes you want to go to school when watching this. All the actors are cool and Onizuka is as well of course. I like how he changes every student and in the end changes the whole class to the best class in the school, while they were the worst class before. I like his expressions and actings.. Really amazes you. Gives it a 10 for sure.
H2~Kimi to itahibi [2〜君といた日々]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
Interesting plot. Before watching this, I knew almost nothing about baseball. Well, I still barely know anything, but I know at least a bit more. And I even think now that it seems to be an interesting sport, thanks to this series. The cast were kind of great. My favourite was Ishigaki Yuma. He was so excellent, the best, the funniest and the most convincing one. And I think most of them fitted perfectly to the characters, except that the acting could be alot better. There were annoying scenes and alot of incidents where the reasons weren't shown. This and that happened but what for? And why? That's what I asked myself. Sometimes I couldn't understand what exactly happened and why. Things were going too fast at times. But the plot in all was interesting.. It was about the sport baseball after all. I liked it and actually enjoyed it although. I recommend it even if you don't like baseball or whetever ^_^.
Hana Yori Dango [花より男子]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
I've just finished watching Hana Yori Dango and I can't say anything else than.. it's just great. Good actors.. You can really feel their emotions through their actings.. It's touching and ... what else. You should watch this.
Hana Yori Dango Season 2 [花より男子]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
Wooh, this is cool stuff. The first season was so excellent and good, but this season is the double! The cast has really improved in acting, they are really good. There were lots of surprising moments, especially in the end. There were lots of times were I went "Uuuah! Noway... Who who who?! Can't be.. !" It was really exciting and I loved and enjoyed every minute of this. Everything you wish for is in this series; love, evilness, friendship, hardship, amazing and exciting moments.. I got really amazed by the strong bond of love between Makino-san and Tsukasa-san. I kept reapeting myself "How can they love each other so much? How can such strong love exist? How is it possible? Is it only dorama or can this actually be real; that kind of love?". It makes you think and wonder.. I highly recommend you to watch this dorama! It's one of the most best. It contains lots of surprises that you didn't imagine could be possible.
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
Really highly recommended! It's funny, sweet and cute~. All the casts are great and the theme song fits the series perfectly.. Even though I prefer the Taiwanese version of Hana Kimi, because the Japanese one wasn't that deep as it should be, you shouldn't miss this even so. ^_^
Hotaru no Hikari [ホタルノヒカリ]
Rating: 4/10 (Watched)
Weird sometimes, but sweet and funny at the same time. Tells the viewers how it's important to accept everything about the one you like/love, all good and bad things. Otherwise, it'd be difficult to feel at ease and be truly happy with each other. Worth watching. :J
Hotman [ホットマン]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
This dorama is really sweet.. Little Nanami is cute and Sorimachi as her father.. He's cool. He's one of those actors with the best and funniest expressions.. Hard to describe this dorama, but then it shows how much I like it. No words, eh. It's a story describing how beautiful a family can be and how things can go on right before your eyes without you noticing anything, and in worst case, not until it's too late.. Enough of babbling, this is one dorama with alot of emotions and feelings. You should watch this.
Hotman Season 2 [ホットマン2]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
I will say as the most already said, that the first Hotman was better than this. At the beginning, I was chocked and didn't liked that they have changed the actress of Shima, but as I watched more I began to being used to her anyway, so actually, it didn't bother me that much. And the reason I like the first Hotman better is probably because Sorimachi was a liiiittle too much in this second. He was overreacting alot, even though he maybe did the right thing sometimes. But I felt that he never left anything for his siblings - always told them that they was wrong or something like that. And then, I liked that we got to know more about Nanami and Ichigo and how their friendship gets deeper and sweeter. Anyway, Hotman 2 is absolutely watchable and worth the time even though that. Because we do want to now the continuation of the Hotman 1, right?
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [1リットルの涙]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
One of the best. I cried alot while watching it... It's so really sad. And on top of it, it's based on a true story. This dorama makes you think about stuff in life. For what purpose are humen living? Stuff like that.. I'm writing this right after finishing watching and I can't find words good enough. I just recommend it badly. You won't regret it. One among the best.
Ikebukuro West Gate Park [池袋ウエストゲートパーク]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
Oh, just finished watching this and I liked it alot. It was both a very excellent dorama and scary at the same time. Nice theme-song and the plot is very interesting. At the beginning, I felt like too much was happening all the time, almost like "fillers", and not taking up the real story too well.. But then, when the episodes went by.. I understood the real story better and also got to know that those "fillers" weren't fillers, but they WERE part of the plot. That was really good, I thought. I never got bored of this dorama. Never too slow or too fast. Things happened all the time and got you excited. The dorama is a bit bloody, but also very sad and even funny! There's love, hate, friendship, hardship, death, playful times.. Everything. I liked it alot ^_^.
Itazura na Kiss [イタズラなKiss]

Kimi wa Petto [きみはペット]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
This is a very sweet dorama about how Koyuki finds Matsumoto Jun in a box outside and takes him in her house, to make him her pet. I was surprised how well Jun acted like a little cute pet. It was really well done. I felt like maybe he really is a pet.. I especially remember the scene where he was all silent in days and didn't say anything; just to show Koyuki that if he is going to be treated like a dog, then he won't speak. He wanted Koyuki to see him as a human and a guy. Jun was like a little baby in the beginning who needed warmth and love and be taken care of. But soon he got tired of it.. Koyuki was a very good actress too.. I liked her and how she realized, not until Jun disappeared, that she actually likes him. This was a touching dorama and very sweet.. It's one of my favourites. Jun is such a good actor. There are large differences between his acting rolls in Kimi wa Petto and, for instance, HYD. In HYD, he acts as a tough guy... He's got acting skills. The OST's was suitable to the dorama too. I liked the song "Darling" by V6.
Kindaichi shonen no Jikenbo (2005) [金田一少年の事件簿]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
Really enjoyable dorama. I wouldn't guess that Kamenashi Kazuya could portray an excellent detective like that. He was really playing good. I also liked seeing Tanaka Koki and Nakamaru Yuichi even though it was barely anything. Especially when Nakamaru haven't been in any doramas before, it was fun seeing him for some seconds anyway. So, I enjoyed and liked this special very much. It was entertaining and exciting. Although, I could actually guess who the suspect could be around the half of the special or something, but I wasn't sure. Anyway, even though I don't even like "scary" movies, I think I liked it because of the great cast. Which is actually why I even began watching it, to see Kame and some other. The plot and storyline went well and I wasn't bored at all. I highly recommend it to everyone. Even though this should be a serious special, or something, you get to see some funny and joking Kame to lighten up the mood at times ^_^~
Kou Kou Kyoushi 2003 [高校教師 2003]
Rating: 5/10 (Watched)
At first I thought this series would be a typical student-teacher-relationship-type with some people who think it's odd or annoying and interfering them and such. But it turned out to be more than that. There were more twists to it and that made me more interested in it. It was like a new type of story of the student-teacher-relationship. I liked that idea. But actually, more than that.. it wasn't that exciting. It was sad at times though... I think it's worth watching anyway. Fujiki and Ueto are pretty good actors.. not that much at the played time back in 2003, but they have surely improved by now ^_^ So, uhh.. I wouldn't recommend this series, really, but even so, it's worth watching anyway, I guess, as I said.. XD.
Kurosagi [クロサギ]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
This is a good dorama. Interesting story. Good actors/actresses.. Not bad about Yamapi being the head actor and Horikita too. For me, actually, I thought the last episode was a bit emotional.. But about what happened in the end, how the dorama ended, I didn't like it. It's exactly as someone wrote - it ended exactly as it began. Not much had changed. I hoped for a good, interesting and happy ending, but no.. I hope, and am quite sure of, that there will be a Kurosagi II or something. Because the ending kind of tells you that - that the story is going to continue. At least, I hope for an ending, because even though the ending of this, I liked the idea of the story a lot. If not of the ending, I would give it a 10 ^_^.
Last Friends [ラスト・フレンズ]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
Interesting. Very interesting. In fact, one of the very few series I've watched up until now that I found so extremely interesting and exciting to constantly wanting to watch the next episode. This fact impressed me very much from the first episode. At first, I hadn't much expectations about it and thought it would be some "cliché"-series about different kinds of friendships and their difficult days/pasts and so on. But I was really surprised and got "owned" as I kept watching. :) This series is one among the few which takes up questions and subjects that are quite rare, and making the whole thing stay dramatic, sweet, romantic and depressing at the same time. Not to mention the choice of OST's, that was like sugar in a cake! The perfect choices added the extra feeling. I was highly satisfied and was always happy as I was watching this series, because it was a great match! There are often cases when I watch a new series and hear their OST's I think to myself, ".. what kind of music is this.." but well, slowly, I would get used to it and like it in the end. But regarding this series, 'Last Friends', it was like opening the door from hell to heaven in one single move; everything was spot-on immediately. I loved 'Prisoner of Love'. Throughout watching, I always thought that it was words matching the protagonists. They are "prisoners of love", if you think about it.. :) Do I need to comment about Ueno Juri? Excellent acting to the max. Surprised me like this: 0: after her acting in Nodame. Like, wow! What a change! Of course, this series had it flaws as well.. Like, how come Sousuke changed behaviour out of the blue, Michiru going back and forth to him even though it's obviously dangerous, etc.. But whatever, I didn't think about these very much because the feeling I got while watching this series overwhelmed me and manipulated me. :) Watch now, for my sake, kk? ;)
Long Love Letter [ロング・ラブレター〜漂流教室]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
I liked this dorama and I thought that it was very interesting and had interesting plot. It's a very meaningful dorama making you thinking twice about cherishing the time you have right now and living at this moment - hima o ikiroh. Say and do what you want 'now' or else you'll regret it. Because we always think that "I'll just do it later or someday..". We take for granted that we will be living forever until we grow old, so we have other chances. But that's not always the case. It's also showing us how future can be like if we don't start taking care of the world now, by not throwing garbage on the streets and stuff. Also taking care of the wonderful nature.. and not wasting it. It was very touching and beautiful, the dorama. It was about survival, to keep on living and hoping for a reason to stay alive. They realized that they have to change the past to not make the future fail because of wars between humen. But even though I enjoyed the series all the way, I was, as many others, disappointed by the end. I barely understood what happened. Just that the letters reached their present world which made Asami-san to change his mind and asking Misaki-san to meet with him - Asami didn't lost his cellphone..- which then probably changed the future of them traveling to the future and blah.. It was really weird and confusing. I think that the series should have continued a bit longer, a couple more episodes, to be able to make it more clearer with a different and better ending. Because I think that the plot was really interesting. It was something odd which I have never seen before. I was always excited to see what was going to happen next episode.. Other than the ending, I liked this dorama. It's definitely a must-see recommended dorama. Maybe I should give this a 8.5/10 instead of just 8..
Long vacation [ロングバケーション]

This is an excellent dorama. It's funny and sometimes crazy, but really great anyway. The actors/actresses are working hard too. I enjoyed watching this dorama all the way. Really enjoyable. I highly recommend it. The OST's was good too. Good choice and fitted excellent.. Don't know how to describe this anymore.. You should watch it and decide yourself. It's a loving story and dorama.
Lunch no Joou [ランチの女王]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
This is an exciting story about how Natsumi starts working and living in the Kitchen Macaroni-restaurant.. while this and that happen. I enjoyed watching it all the way and liked it very much. It contains all different sides - love, hate, sadness, cooking, family, whatever you name it. It has an interesting plot. During me watching the dorama, I felt like, I will surely give this a 10/10. It seemed really good and interesting. Well, all the way until the last episode, the last minutes - the end, to say. That means that I didn't really liked the ending so much. It was good in a way, but it left us viewers with unanswered question and some things were still unclear. One question is; how is it going to end with the love affairs between Natsumi and the brothers? Will Natsumi choose anyone of them in the end, and if so, who would it be? But then, maybe it shouldn't matter that much, because this story is about Lunch no Joo, not any love affairs.. And then about Kennichiro. I didn't really understood why he needed those money he stole and then decides to return them in the end? Where did he go when he ran away those times and why? I think that Kennichiro was a bit confusing at times. But I can't say no if you ask me if he was funny or not. He was really amusing when he plopped up on the screen. I liked his face expressions. He's a really good actor. Also, at the first few episodes, I was a bit irritated with them not telling us yet about Natsumi's past. She kept having small memories showing us something, but then it was nothing more until much later. It felt like dragging with her past to tell until later.. I kept thinking hSooo? Can you tell us then what happened in your past? What happened really?h Maybe I was impatient.. I don't know. I just felt like that.. Anyway, I think that the end would be like showing the restaurant maybe 5 years later in the future. Showing that Shuuji finally came back from prison to eat in the unchanged Kitchen Macaroni-restaurant as promised.. Actually, at first I thought that Natsumi should choose Junzaburo as a lover. But then Shuuji appeared and I changed my mind. I thought that Shuuji seemed really nice. He was just lost and had nothing; that's why he was like that, all wild. I felt kind of sorry for him. I think he still liked Natsumi. So maybe, 5 years in the future, you would be able to see the restaurant with Natsumi still working there and also Shuuji who maybe has joined and working with them too? And it would be those two.. That would be a nice ending, ne? But however, otherwise it was a really good series. If it wasn't for those few unanswered questions, I would give it a 10. It's definitely worth taking some hours of your freetime. I, who doesn't like food that much, felt hungry and wanted to eat while watching this. So it proves that it touched the viewers really good. They did a really good job to show how a restaurant may be feeling when cooking and serving their food to their customers. It's about Lunch no Joo.
Majo no jouken [魔女の条件]

This was a heartwarming and a loving story between this sensei's and her student's love. Whereever they go or do, everyone misunderstands them and noone understands their feelings. The only thing they want is to be together and love each other, and everyone accepting them. Just because the male is younger and a student of the woman, everyone sees down to them. I think they're really strong. If it were me, I may have given up long ago. But they didn't. They were always intending to go forward, not losing hope of freedom and future. They go through all kinds of hardships.. You get shocked by watching them going on through all that.. It's a strongly recommended dorama. It proofs that it actually doesn't matter how old you are, you can fall in love with whomever. And there may be a future of freedom - if you got the will. Watch it ^_-.

Entertaining, sweet and quite funny at times. It's short so it's really suitable when you just want to watch a short drama with a simple plot to entertain your stressed day, or whatever.

Rating: 2/10 (Watched)
I don't know where to begin with this dorama.. Just to straightforward; I didn't like this dorama at all. Tsuyoshi REALLY irritated me in this dorama. I've seen him in Summer Snow and I remember that he acted really good there, so I wanted to check this one out because he is one of the maincharacters here. But I don't know anymore if I do like him, because he pissed me off after watching this dorama. He was so dumb in this dorama and NEVER said anything worthy. He barely said much at all during the whole series. That pissed me off while the others kept on talking and he was just standing there like whatever, staring and didn't say a word.. About Ryoko and Rina.. Obviously I'm voting more for Rina. Ryoko always came in between and shaked their relationship to the end. Because she was acting selfishly. All the time she said that she didn't wanted to interfere between them and such, but how come she always talked to Tsuyoshi anyway? Rina was the best actress together with Sonim. Their acting were good and natural.. Anyway, I actually didn't enjoyed this dorama at all. It was irritating, especially about Tsyoshi. I forced myself to watch it because I wanted to know about how they would end. But there are people who do enjoy this kind of dorama I guess, so you should see by yourself what you think about it. It's not bad watching a bad dorama once in a while either.. I give this dorama a 5 because of the irritating casts.. If the cast were other persons, this story could have been interesting.
My Boss, My Hero [マイボスマイヒロ]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
This dorama has become one of my favourite one. It's got everything you wish for. It's really funny, heart-warming, sad, happy, romance involving... You name it. I really like the ending song too, which is sung by the mainperson in this series, Nagase Tomoya from TOKIO. It was a good choice for the series.. However, I strongly recommend this dorama to everyone. The ending was totally unexpected and that made it so good and awesome. First you get shocked and then afterwards, you notice yourself sitting in front of the screen with a big smile and singing along the song. This dorama is... handsome ^_^!

This is too sweet. Both Kusano and Shuji are sweet here and the story itself is sweet and awesome too. It's a bit touching too.. But I was really disappointed at the end though. Didn't expected it to be like that. But it definitely didn't change my view of the dorama. It's still a good j-dorama that I will remember.

This series made me realize things about classical music and orchestras and stuff. That it's actually beautiful music. Although I got bored at times watching this, I can still say that I enjoyed this in the end. Maybe it's not a must-watch, but it's worth watching anyway. It's not a waste of time. Great music, excellent acting, interesting plot, funny and serious... This series barely lacks anything. I was touched in the last scene. It should be hard to film this kind of series, about classical music.. but it all went so good and looked very real. This series actually reminded me of 'Hana Kimi'.. It has many resembles, but they are both excellent in their own ways. Watch ^_^.

This J-dorama is really excellent. The actors are very good and have their own different personalities, which is good of course. Although some actors pissed me off in the beginning, they turned out really great in the end. After all, that was part of the show I guess, to show the viewers the strong bond between them. I recommend it to everyone ^_^.

Pride [プライド]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
Great series.. Kimura acting great as always.. It's interesting how whenever I watch a sports-series I kind of get interested in it for the moment. It proves maybe that the series succeeded in making the viewers interested and 'in-to' the plot... or how I should describe it.. Even though some seems to have been annoyed by the character Makoto who yells after 'Aniki', I think I liked him best though. He was really funny and I liked him alot. It was fun watching his scenes XD.. I think Kimura should have changed his attitude or character in the end and be more loving,, to show that he's changed after those years returning from Canada.. I thought that he seemed to still be kind of.. um, dark? Like before. Oh, and then. Did anyone notice Kimura's REALLY dark bags under his eyes in the last scene, the last episode, on the ice? o.o Gosh, I don't think he has been sleeping for days back then! Must really have worked hard on filming the series, ne. It kind of shocked me, he looked awfully tired.. and his lips were so white too.. Poor him, though the hard work really did pay off! The series went out to be successfull, I think. And the soundtrack was fit to the series too. It's recommended~
Proposal Daisakusen [プロポーズ大作戦]
Rating: 5/10 (Watched)
Uh, I'm actually unsure about the rating.. what grade to give this series. It repeats itself over and over again every eposide. "Hallelujah chance!" like 11 times, for every episode.. Kenzou makes the same mistake everytime but even though, he improves a little every time, while helping others by giving them the courage to do things which he knows they will regret in the future (because he time-slips to the past by the help of a churchfairy to solve all the things he regrets..). But the one he should give that courage the most to is actually HIMSELF. I kept getting frustrated at him all the time, like "Come on now, what's the problem this time for not uttering a word?! What is your purpose actually for time-slipping to the past?". The churchfairy actually said a lot of wise things to Kenzou which he should have considered twice. But then, it was actually even more easy to get angry at Rei. Why isn't SHE saying anything? She kept waiting for Kenzou to confess, she only wanted things from him, like, do you remember, the coffee milk, Kenzou's second button when graduating.. Kenzou did SO much for her, yet she only stands there waiting for his confession. I wanted to hit her and felt sorry for Kenzou. Ma~, it couldn't be helped I guess. Me, who have never experienced the feeling of love so far, couldn't possibly understand the feelings the couple have gone trough, but they should have known better.. That's what I think.. However, the only thing I actually liked about this series is the purpose of it. And that is to make sure not to regret any single day of your life. If you regret something, make sure to make up for it by any way. I liked the character Honda Tatsuya, how he seemed so nice and calm all the time, and confident. Especially in the end where he had those two buttons in his hands when making the bet with Rei.. Really thoughtful. To be honest, I liked Rei's Jiji the most! I don't think I'll be able to forget his lines. I liked the series best when he was involved. I think that, those lines he uttered was the whole purpose of the whole Proposal Daisakusen-series!.. which is the following: "Those who say they'll do it next time are idiots! Those who say they'll do it tomorrow are also idiots! If you don't do it the moment you think of it, you'll get nowhere!". Oh, and yes, the ending was really horrible. I got disappointed. They should at least have shown us Rei and Kenzou getting married. Those two always waiting for each other, miss each other when they pass each other by, coming too late.. Are they really destined to be with each other when they are like that.. ? Destiny is weird sometimes. This series really did left marks on me even though the low rating. You shouldn't ignore this.
Sapuri [サプリ]
Rating: 7/10 (Watched)
I liked this dorama very much.. The plot, the cast, themesong.. like everything. I'm actually really surprised that so many people here rate this dorama between 6-9? I give it definitely a 10. I've seen some doramas with Itoh Misaki, and I haven't liked her acting.. I thought that she seemed unnatural. It wasn't quit realistic. So I was doubtful about how she would appear in Sapuri. And I was surprised. She has definitely improved her acting. She's becoming better and I think she has done a great job in Sapuri. So maybe I should change my mind about her.. Kamenashi Kazuya did also a very great job. I liked how he always looked like a sweet cute boy in the beginning. He was always so energetic and when Kamenashi and Itoh became closer, he was all happy-go-lucky, smiling, jumpig around like a kid.. It was really sweet. I think he acted good. And as episodes flew by, he began to actually grow up to a man who works. Well, I liked him as that playful everyday boy more than the man with the suits.. But he acted good. That's what I've expected from him, though. Also, Sato Koichi and his sweet talented daughter. I liked how he always said "Enjoy! Have fun!". It was funny. Shiraishi Miho is like always funny too. I really like her acting. At first, I didn't liked the themesong.. It didn't sounded suitable. But as I watched more of Sapuri, the song finally digged itself into my brain and made me like it anyway. I became used to it and now I think it fits the series. Anyway, I'm glad that the love between Kamenashi Kazuya and Itoh Misaki finally was accepted and that they could be with each other in the end. Though I was a bit irritated at first when Itoh Misaki never could make up her mind of who to choose, Eita or Kazuya. I'm glad she finally told Kazuya... in the last episode. I felt sorry for him. He was so very happy after they became close and she couldn't decide. She could at least told him to wait a little for her to think her feelings through or something... However, I highly recommend this dorama because I enjoyed watching it through every episode. So then, watch it you too. Enjoy! Tanoshiinde!
Satomi Hakenden [里見八犬伝]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
A very good movie. Great interesting cast. The story made me curious, so I wanted to watch it. But originally, I watched it because of Takizawa, Nakama and Shoon. The story is interesting about finding the eight dog warriors and make peace over Satomi Kingdom by making end to the evil curse that Kanno Miho had spread. The movie is around three and a half hours long. I don't think it was either too long or too short. It was perfect to make the movie good enough. I either didn't think that the story felt like only dragging or something. It went on smoothly and nicely. There were nice effects on fightings and it was cool and looked real.. Really good acting. Overall, I can't think of any faults.. It was a really interesting movie and I highly recommend it to everyone ^_^.
Sekai no chuushin de, ai wo sakebu [世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
Very touching and good dorama. It even seemed to be two doramas put together into one whole, one played in the past and one in the present. It's really well done and impressed me. You can't find cast fitting better than this. All the actors/actresses are really excellent. I really like Yamada Takayuki (as Sakutaro). He's a really good actor that you easily fall in love with. I'm not just talking about his looks, but his acting. He's impressing and shows emotions really well. He can cry, smile, laugh, get serious so well, which is actually difficult. But to him, it's like an easy play which he is used to. I guess he was born to be an actor. (I bet he also would make a good singer, probably.) Also, Ayase Haruka (Aki), is really great too. She played a diseased person so well, as if she knew exactly how it was to have leukemia, which was the disease she had in the dorama. She has showed me what an excellent actor she is, but not only in this dorama but also in THnK (Tatta Hitotsu no Koi, which is also strongly recommended). This has interesting plot about this Sakutaro coming over his love's death after 17 years. Great, excellent, nice ending-song and... I can't come up with any words right now. I just want to tell you to watch it or get away from here regretting yourself ^_^.
Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi [空から降る一億の星]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
Um.. really interesting storyline about a guy, Kimura Takuya, being lost in life, without emotions of love and living like a "devil" as they say. He has no relatives, cheating women and just.. living like a beast. Though in his heart, he seeks for love and wants to live as a human. Then he one day suddenly bumps into that policeman and his younger sister. That's where it all begins. The story shows the relationship about those three. It was a weird ending, indeed. I didn't expect it at all, it was totally shocking. I was like; "O.O... uso.. majide...!" Therefore, I didn't like it at all.. Even though I wasn't expect anything really, I would never expect THIS to happen at least.. Too heartshocking and maybe disappointing.. though maybe understandable even so? Don't know.. but I wish it was a different ending.. Kimura played an excellent role as the "devil". He was convinsing and I could feel his emotions. But the girl playing as 'Yuuko'.. I don't know about her. She shocked me in the beginning. At first, I thought she would be a different girl from everyone else, being serious and facing life and making feelings clear.. But then she all of a sudden betrayed her.. uh, the girl playing 'Miwa', whatever she actually was to Yuuko. That was uncler for me o.O. However, those two were close to each other, weren't they? And then Yuuko went and "betrayed" Miwa by dating with Ryou! I was like; "huuuh, what are you doing? Weren't you the one who was supporting Miwa and yelling at Ryou to think of Miwa's feelings?". Anyway, interesting plot, kind of weird characters, though interesting as well..., and sad disappointing ending.. It should have been watched, I think. At least for Kimura's interesting character. Oh, and then. I noticed the 'shocking'-music in the series. Am I the only one who noticed it? Whenever something shocking or scaring happen, that music would play.. I'm pretty sure that it's the same one used in the Korean series 'My sister-in-law is 19', isn't it? I haven't checked it up, I didn't find anything and I'm not THAT concerned about it to search for it like crazy... But I was just thinking it was pretty interesting anyway, hah XD.

I really liked this series. Sad and emotional and sweet.. I liked the songs used in it and the cast acted very great too. The only disappointment was the ending, otherwise it'd probably be the greatest. I really recommend this for others to watch. It was very sweet and I always looked forward to continue watching it. It may have a typical story, but I felt that this was kind of different. I don't really know what it is, that makes this different, but it definitely is. That's what I felt.. You should see and judge for yourself. I could absolutely watch this twice or three times more. That's how sweet and innocent I felt this series was. Even if there are several other series with the same kind of story, the quality of it is what makes it stand out more than the others. I think this series made it through without dragging out too much or complicate things which is easy to do. Watch :).

Okay, this series can be funny. The most funny though was Ninomiya Kazunari's expressions and "EEHH?!"'s. But the story itself was a bit.. strange. I didn't feel like there were any story in the dorama at all. It's just about the four guys being virgin and wanting to get rid of it and so. But it begins to be a bit better at the end, were the real romance starts and some feelings take place in the dorama. About the actors, they're absolutely good. As I said, Ninomiya Kazunari's expressions are hilarious and funny. And Narimiya Hiroki's acting is funny too. He's always excited and all. I would highly recommend it to those who want to see a dorama with alot of humor. It's a funny dorama, involving romance, sweet guys and just humor ^_^.

I think this J-dorama is really great. It's touching and sweet. A J-dorama you shouldn't miss. I was really chocked when I was watching the end. Never expected it to turn out like that. It was really touching and that made me to like the show even more. It's really amazing..
Taiyo no Kisetsu [太陽の季節]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
A loveable dorama. Excellent. Wonderful. Emotional. Strong. Definetely recommended. It was so touching. I loved the cast. They all were so good. The only one that annoyed me was the character Yuki. She was really annoying in the beginning, jumping between Tatsuya and Shou-can(?). She was confusing and seemed like a player, didn't liked her at all. Otherwise, Takizawa played really well as Tatsuya and Chizuru as Eiko was cute and well done. I liked her role, though I don't know if those two fitted for each other.. Tatsuya seemed like something else, but I guess love has no.. "fitness".. Anyway, the plot was undoubtly interesting and great. I liked it alot. The confusing Tatsuya not knowing whether to run forward with no goal or plan or to stand up and plan your path. He was confused and alone ever since his father commited suicide and probably wanted to take revenge in a way. But then he met Eiko in the crossway and his life changed. They met each other at a crossway and that's also where the tragedy occured. The ending song by Takizawa himself was really great. I liked the video to the song alot. And also, the fact Yabu Kouta playing as chibi Tatsuya was chocking and surprising. It was fun seeing him, so small. Even though he only played in the "past" in a few scenes, he was great. I'm already looking forward for the doramas in the future that he will act in. He will surely make a great actor as the most other Johnny's ^_^. So, I hope you, who are reading this and yet haven't watched this dorama, have been convinced enough to actually go and watch it. It's really good and touching! ^_^
Tatta Hitotsu no Koi [たったひとつの恋]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
When I started watching this series, I thought it seemed interesting and typical. A relationship between a rich girl and a poor boy. I think this series was very touching. I liked Kame's expressions alot.. You can understand exactly what he's thinking even though he's supposed to have that "wall". I loved his small giggles all the time. Also, Ayase Haruka is a very good acter too. Sometimes, I don't get her expressions at all.. They were difficult to understand. But otherwise, there was no problems in acting. Both Haruka and Kame made a good couple. The plot is exciting and the fact that Haruka had a sickness was good too, because it made you thinking and worrying about it.. Though, the ending wasn't the best.. Maybe a bit disappointing, I highly recommend this dorama anyway. I enjoyed watching it and really loved Kame in this. He has matured a lot. Also Koki is a very good acter, not to mention funny, though I think he needs more practice.. He's still got a long way to go to catch up to Kame. Anyway, if it wasn't for the ending and some things which weren't solved.. This series would have full points.
Tokkyu Tanaka 3 Go [特急田中3号]
Rating: 6/10 (Watched)
Funny series. Though, it wasn't too exciting.. I felt like it was lame at times :/. I think Tanaka Koki isn't too good as an actor yet, he needs some more practice, especially when it comes to serious and honest situations when you have to pull up a serious face. His expressions just seem too lame and weird.. And then there were a scene where he was supposed to cry.. Ugh, it was too weird. Don't take it the wrong side, I really like Tanaka Koki and his funny expressions, so I'd like to see him in more series. I hope he'll improve as an actor - he's just a newcomer after all. Well.. Even if the series had it downs and ups.. I watched it all through, so I think that's enough? If it was REALLY boring, I would have stopped watching it, but I didn't. So I think I enjoyed the series after all - thanks to Tanaka Koki I guess. I really liked his lame jokes sometimes and how he's nice with people around him ^_^. But I have to say that I liked the one who played the character of Hanagata the best. I thought he was cute in a way XD.. Though he needs some improvement in acting too.. Oh well, all in all, an easy-going series to laugh at and enjoy with. Even if there surely are better series out there, I wouldn't want to miss this one ^_^.
Tokyo Wankei [東京湾景]
Rating: 6/10 (Watched)
Interesting story about fate and destiny.. I liked it, though I did get bored at times, but I did watch the whole series. I thought there were too many accidents and incidents happening in the series, and it irritated me. There were like three accidents in the series and I could foresee the two last ones.. It wasn't surprising. At times, it felt like the story were repeating itself. But I can confess that surprising moments did exist. I was especially disappointed by the love between the main lovers. I couldn't really feel the love between them.. it was pretty hard and some things felt to be going too fast. Anyway, the actors at all were great and I liked the Korean actor, even if he barely were seen. I also liked the theme songs and so.. Despite my rate for this series, I think it should be seen anyway.. Or do whatever you want. It's not a must-see if I may utter my opinion ;/.
Water Boys [ウォーターボーイズ]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
I liked this series alot. When I started watching the first episode, I didn't really get much of it, seemed boring.. But I gave it a chance since I've downloaded all the episodes, and watched the second episode. Then I got a picture of the plot and began to like it! It began being interesting and funny, and I'm glad I didn't throw it away.. It's really good. I like the music used in the series, it fits perfectly well. It's actually really funny, yet there are touching scenes. I liked the five boys in the Synchro Swimming Club - they were excellent actors in this series. I really liked Moriyama Mirai's personality in this series. So energetic, he's funny, has a warm smile yet he's hiding so much, it seems. He catched my attention, to summarize it ^_^. However, I recommend this series. Don't stop and back off when watching the first or second episodes.. The nice and interesting plot comes later, so you'll regret it if you don't watch it 'till the end. Give it a go! ^_^
Water Boys Season 2 [ウォーターボーイズ2]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
I think this was as great as the first. Though I would probably prefer the first if I have to choose between them. The friendship in the first season was better, I think. You got to know alot about all five of them, their troubles and thoughts.. but not in this second season. It's mostly about Eikichi and Yosuke, barely about the others. I'd like to know more about them and what they think.. I think the spirit and power from first season are more shown than this second.. However, I won't complain too much, otherwise it will sound like this second season is crap, but it ISN'T. I enjoyed watching it. The actor playing Eikichi was really great and convincing and the actor for Shiori was good as well. Overall, I liked all the actors. Hah, especially Yosuke. His sweet big smile makes the series shine XD. The performance at last was soo great. The actors must really have been training to death when learning the tecniques.. They seem so difficult and it was so much. Really beautiful. It's admireable. They really did their best. Most of the vote goes for the performance ^_^. However, if you have watched Water Boys, then you should watch Water Boys II as well. Although the plot is mostly the same, they are different in their own unique way, so this is recommended. This show has inspired me that synchronised swimming is pretty cool, even for boys. Wooh!

Omg, I (like) KNEW after the first episode that this would be a top-drama! So so excellent! Actually, I don't remember the last time watching a series and wishing that if only it would have been like 10 episodes more. The episodes flew by and then I realized this was the last episode... "SO SOON?!" Everything is gold in this series! I'm SO surprised by Hayami's acting as the robot, it was toally convincing and I was 100% satisfied. It should be really difficult to act as a robot but he totally blew me away. He was extremely good, it was realistic and nothing was awkward at all. His moves were perfect, ... can't find fitting words to describe! I'm writing this just seconds after finishing watching the series and I'm happy because it's amazingly beautiful. It's sweet and sad. Geez, just WATCH it. :D The OST was a great choice too, it was fitting. Ah, I haven't read the manga but after watching this wonderful series, I have to read the manga! One of my top-rated j-series ever so far! Surprised to the max by the excellentness... You probably won't find a more RECOMMENDED series than this. XD
