Hyoten 2001 Very intelligently-woven plot to make a deep, thought-provoking dorama. This dorama is not well-known to many people but I definitely recommend it for the psychological twists.
Love generation [ラブジェネレーション] Entertaining love story plot with likeable characters and excellent acting. Ending is very acceptable
Suzuki Honami [鈴木保奈美] Tokyo Love Story was a great dorama due to Honami's character. That alone deserved a vote
Tokiwa Takako [常盤貴子] Beautiful Life was a great dorama. She demonstrated highly skilled acting skills in it, and matched Takuya's acting skills to make a good dorama.

Friends [フレンズ] One of a kind, yet mushy love story [Rating: 5/10] The bi-racial love story is a pretty new thing for doramas and I enjoy the integration of the two cultures in the story. But main plot is too cliche and wishy washy. Fukada is too kawaii to be true. The story is too idealistic and not very realistic.
Hero Delicious crime dorama [Rating: 8/10] Stories are very entertaining and creative. Kimutaku's acting is neat, but Takako Matsu is "underutilized" in this Kimutaku-dominated dorama. There should be more relationship development between the two. Stories are good just by itself, but a little more character development would give it a 10/10
Hyoten 2001 Dark dorama about love and hate in a family [Rating: 9/10] The story is about a family with complicated problems. The man is a doctor, whose wife was involved in an affair, which accidentally resulted in the death of their daughter. Desperate to replace their lost child, the couple adopted a girl who grew up to be hated by her stepparents, especially her stepmom, who tried to kill her numerously. The hatred grew over time, while love blooms between the girl and her step brother. This complicated story sort of a psychological, mind-boggling plot that is "challenging to watch". Great story, real creative and unpredictable at all.
Over Time [オーバー・タイム] Boring and draggy plot [Rating: 4/10] One of the most boring doramas with lack of character developments. Nothing special. Didn't like the lead female character's acting/face.
