I have been watching more serious dark adult themed dramas, again this was one of the recommendations by the members of this website. This drama is slow moving, but I loved the pace of the story. Currently watching this as it's still ongoing at the time of this writing. Could have worked more on developing the other characters in the class. It tends to focus on the main character too much, and doesn't really get interesting until the latter half of the series. Can't wait to watch the rest and find out. |

"Freeter", that's what Kentaro Oe from one of my favorite anime of all time called himself. One day i typed the word "freeter" on google search, and found this drama listed. I never heard of this drama before, and by chance and by luck I found it by accident. And I'm really fortunate and glad that I did. I read the brief synopsis, and I was intrigued. This is one of the best drama I have seen. I could feel and relate to Seiji's family. Seiji's dad reminds me of my dad, Seiji reminds me of myself. The drama just felt very real and for that I really enjoyed and loved it. | Gokusen [ごくせん]

Currently watching this being a huge GTO fan. I've read the manga, seen the anime, I've seen the GTO 1998 live action drama. And when I saw a remake, I said, what the hell. This drama is still ongoing as I write this review. But this Onizuka is more badass than the Onizuka version in the 1998 drama. Granted so far the 1998 one had more memorable characters and the chemistry between Onizuka and Fuyutsuki was so much better. But so far I'm liking GTO 2012, a more badass, asskicking Onizuka. |

I thought this drama was going to be serious all throughout after i read what it was about. Well it was serious, but it had a lot of funny moments in each episodes. a lot of flashbacks going back to the serious storyline, and going back to the present storyline which provided a bit more comedy. i've never seen a drama like this before, completely different as far as the flow of the story, but really enjoyed it. |
