Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ]
Rating: 6/10 (Watched)
Kind of meh. Liked side characters and side plot more than the main characters and the main plot. Ikuta Tomo is amazing. <3
Zettai Kareshi [絶対彼氏]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
As others have said, this is a fun, light hearted drama. The acting isn't perfect, and it's a little unrealistic (although to quote my sister, "duh it's going to be unrealistic, he's a love robot, what do you expect?"), but overall very enjoyable. However, why I really enjoyed this drama was because of the deeper message lying under the surface. This message is portrayed fantastically when Fujiko-san said, "love takes many forms in this world." Love is never black and white, love does not take on the most practical or logical path, and love is messy. In the end, love chooses the person that lights up our world when we come home and are greeted with "h.

Side characters and side plot more interesting... [Rating: 6/10]
I wont lie, I honestly think half of the reason I liked this drama is because of the eye candy (guilty as charged), because other then that there isn't much to it. Honestly, if it wasn't for Nakatsu (Ikuta Toma did a PHENOMENAL job) I don't think people would like the drama as much as they do. The two main characters never really spark as people I want to care about and cheer for. Sano annoyed me, and when the big reveal for Mizuki came at the end of the series I didn't really care. I connected more with side characters than anything. I also thought the side plot of the growing relationship between the dorms and the dorm leaders more interesting than the main plot which is to get Sano to jump again. However, this drama really does have it's sweet and funny moments. It did get a laugh or two out of my, and my heart did break for Nakatsu, and I rooted for Nakao-san and my other favorite side characters. Would I watch it again? Probably not. I would recommend it if you wanted something light to watch and want some eye candy (I'm shameless).

Drama is good, but the message is what makes it [Rating: 9/10]
