Kou Kou Kyoushi 2003 [高校教師 2003] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) Very sensitive dorama, definitely not for everyone..At times hard to understand the roles' actions, but when u think about it it makes sense. Very touching, the way the teacher becomes more and more dependent on his student, as she slowly lifts up his burden and shows some light in his dark and lonely life (T^T)
Beautifully acted by Naohito and Aya!!! Supporting roles (like that other teacher and that insane host) are also remarkable!!

Gal Cir [ギャルサ] Not expecting it to be this GREAT!! [Rating: 10/10] When I first watched this, I didnt feel really excited coz i thought this is just one of those doramas about teenage girls in their miniskirt. But turns out, this is one HILLARIOUSLY FUNNY series I ever watched.. despite the fact that it does contain some teenage girls dancing in miniskirt ;)
Shinnosuke's innocent stunts were SO funny that it compensates for the lack of logical sense in this dorama (Like how can Arizona and Shibuya be more like neighbourhood cities?). Plus, in each episode there is always a thing to learn about human and life... it feels more like watching 'school doramas' but with more laughs :D
I'm so surprised this is not yet in the Top 50 doramas... it should be in it.
Fujiki acting so suited with his role as life-smart cowboy... this is the best suited role for him IMO, as he naturally has that innocent-if-not-stupid look without overacting it hehehe :D
Hotaru no Hikari [ホタルノヒカリ] Very cute!! [Rating: 10/10] hotaru soo cute!! (ps: i'm a girl) :D This is one very worth watching dorama. story-wise it's not so unique but it has the freshness and intriguing 'sense' i always get when watching manga-turn-dorama. the chemistry between the 2 leading roles were also good, although I'm not sure it's 'romantic' chemistry... but they just feel so good together! :) u'll get what i mean when u watch this... ;)
My Boss, My Hero [マイボスマイヒロ] Ok.. Funny.. [Rating: 8/10] Funny one. Just couldnt imagine who'd be better acting as stupid but very hunky gangster than Nagase Tomoya ^-^ But I fins the other actors rather dull though, and Tomoya as usual was overacting it... hehehe though I like him but I always find his acting a bit pushy. But still, a funny show... worth ur time :)
Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース] Great Dorama!! [Rating: 10/10] IMHO, this is one of the best doramas ever produced.
Storywise, it's so intoxicating that I kept moving from one episode to another non-stop. It's so intriguing to see Nobuta's development from a scaredy-cat to such strong personality, and the way she was inspired by her 2 friends and in turn, inspire them. The pure friendship between the 3 very different personalities were very touching, just like Yamappi's character said "they both are more important than me" - one could only hope for such deep feelings for friends...
Film making-wise, I really like the way this is shot. The way camera moved.. taking the classroom shots at different times, creating different feelings. There are many scenes were taken without actors in it, and they add to the 'feel' in this dorama.
Actor-wise, I could not imagine anyone better to play the 3 leading roles than the actors themselves. Except Yamappi maybe, despite his very kakkoii face he's so often seem like contantly on drugs.. ^-^ But even acting like that, it seems fit for his role..
So, here goes my TEN for this one!
