Mentioned on her blog today she's going to be on the cover of Nendoron'm or something like that.
Hmmmm, they also had a little celebration for her at agency in Asakara, wonder what it was for?
That's good to know, was there earlier but the thread title still said episodes 1-8 subbed and didn't check any further, maybe that'll be the next watch, looks really interesting and wacky. _________________

Pic of Mirei at home Saturday, said she was expecting many gifts from Santa though she hasn't always been a good girl this year!
Pic Mirei posted of herself celebrating X-Mas, didn't say if she got everything she wanted but seeing as how I'm still here she probably didn't. _________________

Kiritani Mirei chosen as the new image character for �gBody Wild�h
On January 20th, actress Kiritani Mirei attended a press conference for Gunze�fs �gBody Wild�h as a new image character.
�gBody Wild�h is Gunze�fs underwear brand that both men and women can enjoy. Aside from Kiritani being chosen as the new image character, Gunze decided to produce a special limited edition Valentine�fs Day underwear.
Kiritani commented, �gI was very honored to receive the news about becoming the image character! Shinohara Ryoko-san, whom I�fve looked up to, was the first image character, so I�fm very happy to become the 11th.�h
She continued, �gMen who think about the fashion of their underwear are wonderful! I want to support things like that. To celebrate the Valentine�fs season, we made underwear as gifts. We made both �ehonmei�f (real) and �egiri�f (obligatory) underwear!�h
In Japan, women give men chocolate and other gifts on Valentine�fs Day. The chocolate gifts come in two different types: honmei choco and giri choco. Honmei choco is given to the person a woman has romantic feelings for, while giri choco is usually given to male coworkers and bosses out of obligation.
Recently, a new type called tomo choco is becoming popular among women. This is when a women gives chocolate to their female friends.
Body Wild�fs honmei underwear has a simple design with a heart print on one side. Kiritani explained, �gI thought it would be nice to be able to deliver your feelings to your �ehonmei�f in a casual manner.�h
Finally, Kiritani said, �gJust like how girls give boys chocolate, give underwear!�g, and wrapped up the event.
On May 2nd, model/actress Kiritani Mirei attended a talk event at a �eUNIQLO�e store in Ginza.
Kiritani appeared at the event wearing the brand�fs �geasy cropped leggings�h, which went on sale on April 23rd. Because the event was held with the theme of �eMother�fs Day�f, Kiritani described her relationship with her mom saying, �gWe have a relationship where we can say anything to each other. Last summer, we went on a trip and drank together. I felt that I�fve become an adult.�h
When reporters asked, �gDo you ask her for relationship advice?�g, Kiritani declared, �gNot much. Rather than love, I want to do my best with work.�h
Kiritani, who says she often goes shopping with her mom, shared, �gI have my mom coordinate outfits for me. She also gives me advice on fashion. For my mom, I recommend bright colors and clothes that show off her silhouette so that she won�ft look like a middle-aged lady.�h
During the event, Kiritani invited 3 mothers on stage and gave them each a carnation flower. Coming face-to-face with the actress, one woman burst into tears of joy. In response, Kiritani expressed, �gNormally, I don�ft get to directly speak to the people who support me, so I�fm happy. I�fm glad I�fm doing this job.�h
On May 12th and 13th, UNIQLO�fs Ginza store will be holding �eUNIQLO GINZA MOTHER�fS WEEK�e, where they will hand out carnations to the first 400 people who purchase �geasy cropped leggings�h
