Dry turkey? A frequent problem. Ever watch America's Test Kitchen on PBS? The cure for dry, flavorless turkey is brining: soaking the turkey before roasting in a solution of salt, suger, and seasonings overnight... It works! Big Grin

lol Sorry, bm. You're prolly right with the brining of dthe dry turkey. I just have a really hard time thinking of you subbing for martha stewart. Ryoko chan on the other hand, I'm imaginging now in the kitchen with her apron on (and nothing else!) hahahahaha! (JK, we all know that's your babe)
