Yes I thought he looked very young in that cover photo. But then you know we would look young if we had a photographer who would photoshop our pictures.
All the little wrinkles would be gone. Not a line anywhere.
His hair is not bad at all, but it is more often a style on young idols so it doesn't look quite right on our Gackt.

Maybe a little airbrushing then. It is definitely not the way a man his age would look in real life. There's a lot of base there for the colour to be so perfect all over his face. Mind you, I am not complaining. I like him however he looks, with or without makeup.

Nowadays I think all magazine cover photos are airbrushed. I hope he hasn't had any plastic surgery yet at his age. I agree with you Peg he looks like he is wearing that liquid airbrush makeup or foundation. I am not complaining either he is soooo nice to behold.
@ Stevie: Did you mean botox when you said "thats because of all the work he had done?"

GACKT launches earthquake relief fund
March 13, 2011
Singer GACKT is using his influence to help earthquake relief efforts, establishing a new emergency donation fund called �gSHOW YOUR HEART.�h The fund was organized with cooperation from popular online gaming portal Hangame, and a special webpage has been launched for the fund.
A large number of other celebrities have added messages of support on the webpage, including LUNA SEA�fs Shinya, h.NAOTO, Fujiwara Norika, Izumiya Shigeru, Nightmare�fs Ni~ya, BREAKERZ�fs DAIGO, Jinnai Tomonori, Haruna Ai, Koike Eiko, Tamaki Nami, Ohguro Maki, and many more.
The donations, which are being accepted through a Sumitomo Mitsui bank account, will be given to the Japanese Red Cross and prefectural welfare organizations.

He has a good heart to go with his good outlook on life. He really does look young for his age but maybe it's his positive thoughts. Interesting man altogether.

GACKT reveals details of upcoming 'Best Of' albums
The details on GACKT's upcoming best-of albums "BEST OF THE BEST vol.1 -MILD-" and "BEST OF THE BEST vol.1 -WILD-", which will be released simultaneously on July 3rd, are now available.
"BEST OF THE BEST vol.1 -MILD-" will contain a total of 13 tracks, including a new song "Sakura, Chiru...", and "HAKURO" (ending theme song for MBS/BS-TBS drama "Sengoku BASARA -MOONLIGHT PARTY-"). "BEST OF THE BEST vol.1 -WILD-" will also have 13 tracks in total, including "CLAYMORE" ("Silent Hill: Revelation 3D" image song for Japan release) and "STAY THE RIDE ALIVE" (theme song for "Kamen Rider�~Kamen Rider W & Decade MOVIe Taisen 2010").
Both albums will come in three versions: CD only, CD+DVD, and CD+Blu-ray. There will also be a BOX set that includes both in limited quantities.
