Tokyo Love Story english sub is being made available by a fellow jdorama member madol via BT on d-addicts.com. There are currently 3 eps released. I myself am waiting for the next eps...

after the technical problem solved... now back to the tokyo love story... i don't know what is the big fuss about this drama... really.. i've seen it (downloaded with chinese subtitle) but really it was a disappointment... maybe i've too much expectation from this drama that after i watch it i was really disappointed... or maybe because of the cast...

Yosuke Eguchi's role sure is a badass womanizer compared to his friendly, naive and sense of humour An-chan's character in Under the Same roof. Totally different characters

Watched 3 eps by Madol. It's good so far! Honami Suzuki sure is over energetic I wonder if Yuji Oda is able to keep up with her pace.

I have the original English subtitles of all episodes when it was first released on TV way back in the early 90's. I also have the TLS special. Unfortunately, I don't think it's high enough quality to put on BT.

Hmmm... I just finished watching this on DVD yesterday, and I must it is seriously good. I can now see why it is labeled THE classic romance story..

I really loved Suzuki Honami's character in this one, she's SOOO cute and vibrant.. I really felt for her throughout the show..keeping her head up and looking on the bright side even though the man she truly loved never really warmed to her...

<smallrant> Last but not least, Kanchi's a total jerk and Sekiguchi's a total bitch </smallrant> I feel that Kanchi at times was even a bigger jerk than Eguchi Yosuke's character....

Overall, Excellent drama.

The last episode that Madol released was episode 4. He's been MIA for months so I doubt he has finished it. I have no idea if he plans to or can finish it.

Pretty much everyone who has this drama with English subtitles is in low or so-so quality because it's so old. I haven't watched the drama yet, but I have this on DVD-R, captured from old tapes. I'd say it's C/C+ quality just from skipping around. Nothing to jump up and down about though Your best bet at the moment is to trade for it unless someone uploads a lower quality version....

Ahhh thanks for the info. Prevents me to keep on searching in the wrong places. After watching episode four I went crazy for searching the other eps.

So... want to trade . I already looked at your list and I doubt if you don't already have the drama's I have, but still.. I need to ask.
