Now I have never read the manga or seen the anime before watching the drama, so I had no idea what it was about. However after seeing the first few seconds, I could not take my eyes away. I loved how Makino was getting angry with her classmates bringing brand name stuff into school. i thought it was funny. |
yeah, i was intrigued when i first downloaded HYD. It is captivating, the camera angles, the music, the characters, the storyline....and the sound effects...too funny.

Agreed, that H2 beginning is awesome. I love the storytelling aspect of it. I really was guessing throughout the whole series how that pitch turned out.
Sekachuu also has a very great intro, with Sakutaro standing at "the center of the world" crying holding onto her ashes.
1 Litre has a good intro that just hits you like a ton of bricks. I think I was starting to get teary eyed about 1 minute into the whole thing.

Oh I had forgotten about HYD. Yes, it definitely has an addictive start. When I watched the first episode, I couldn't wait for the next one.
