suspense, romance. It's not bad. But the ending is sad. Quite similar to a Sleeping Forest. A detective is trying to find the mastermind of a series of killings. He supects it is Kimura Takuya. Quite worth the money.

Dude, I've been trying to ask you from our previous topic "new japanese drama" how Sleeping Forest compares to Sora Kora? Still have no luck getting a sub version of this.

Sora Kara is definitely more interesting than Sleeping Forest. At least Sora Kara has more characters and the pace is not so slow.

I appreciate your input. I have a feeling it would be better, but would love to get my hands on a subtitled version.

Here is my opinion:- Rating: (8 Stars)
This is a show that had stirred up a lot of opinions. Most of all, they are quite extreme. Because I have been exposed to these opinions, I decided to watch it in a very careful way. Since the Sleeping Forest, the maturing script writer's view of human emotion/nature gets a lot deeper now. He tried to describe how each character valued their love for someone and Takuya's character is very skillful in manipulating/exploiting these ladies weaknesses.

All three main stars were great in handling their roles, especially Takuya and Fukatsu. In a pure acting job evaluation, this is a great show! This show created a lot of room for Takuya to show his stuff... I believe this is his best show! Also, I do believe this script is not suitable for all dorama viewers. Only some Fans could appreciate this one! I do....

i wouldnt go as far as to say 0 out of 10 any day. Then again if you didnt like it that much then your probably the type that prefers to watch Pokemon over a good drama. In that case i cant blame your opinion. Pika Pika!

hi guys, need some of your feedback.

guess many of you have already seen sora kara through the version retailing at TS. i'd like to find out about its quality. from previous experience of this distributor, i don't particularly like the titles they put out as the quality of the vcds can get pretty blurry.

hope you all can help me with some feedback. thanks very much ... ml

Yeah, that's the title that Fuji used for the drama. "Million Stars...." is the literal translation.

some people think the name of this drama is "the smile has left your eyes" but thats not really true. The title is "Sora kara furu ichi-oku no hoshi" one hundred thousand stars falling from the sky. Then below the title which is written in japanese there is the english phrase "the smile has left your eyes." which i can only assume those people who cant read japanese just snatched up and thought that was the name of the drama. So you might see people writing topics on a drama The smile has left your eyes or Sora kara furu... same drama...

Not true! "The smile has left your eyes" is the english title under Fuji TV station's official english drama page.

Its not an english TV drama. Its Japanese. Therefore the "Japanese" title of the show is "sora kara furu ichi-oku no hoshi" god damnit! I defend my title! LOL!
