cowboy from america? haha i am having a hard time picturing him as a cowboy...and in a comedy. i mean, he was funny in gto and stuff, but i guess i'm used to seeing him in serious dramas. _________________

Ok, here comes my concert report summary of Naohitofs 7.0 concert tour in Budokan on Oct 4th, 2006~
First, my friend Ros and I reached Budokan at about 2.30pm. We saw a queue and I was saying it might be the queue for concert goods. It really was and I was quite surprised as we thought the concert goods started selling in the morning but then the stalls would only open at 3pm. The queue moved very fast and I got my concert goods within 5 minutes. Ros has already watched the Fukuoka concert before and so she didnft get a lot of goods this time round. We went to queue for the capsule turning thingy and gosh, the queue was freaking long! It was 500yen per turn and we could only turn once. After that we had to queue again. Naohito fans are amazing as they went to queue again and again! It was about 4pm when it was my turn to try the capsule turning thing. We then loitered around to kill time as they would only let us enter Budokan after 5.30pm.
Next, the guards began to put up boards saying which gate to queue at near the road. We then proceeded to queue near the main entrance area and they let us in at about 5.40pm if I didnft remember wrongly. When I reached my seat, my friend and I were like gOh gosh, we are near the stage!h Our seats were about 100m away from the stage and we were slightly to the right but then the view was great. Ros was saying among all the concerts she attended, this seat was the best. I was looking around Budokan and I was so happy that so many fans attended and there were not many empty seats especially the third floor seats.
At about 6.35pm, lights were turned off and the tour movie was played.
Basically the tour movie showed a lot of doors and each door led to a different Naohito in the past 7 years. When it reached the seventh door, fans went screaming and Naohitofs silhouette was seen behind the curtains. He began to strum the guitar and the first song gKnockinf On The Doorh was sung when the curtains were drawn. He was wearing a black coat that had shiny stuff and he was wearing a white shirt and black tie inside.
Throughout the concert he spoke a lot during MCs. Ros commented that it was the first time she had ever seen Naohito talk so much. I canft remember the whole MC content but he mentioned about his four trips to Budokan last time and where he sat roughly. If Ifm not wrong, he said that he closed off these 2 areas at the third level seats for sales as he knew fans wonft be able to see the stage clearly as he sat at that area before and he couldnft see clearly. Naohito also talked about gaining weight and this handkerchief thing. I didnft really understand the hanky part and so I went to read some concert reports. Apparently the blue handkerchief he used to wipe his sweat during MC talk was used by another person in another group. Naohito was saying gitfs very hot ne?h and started wiping his sweat. He then taught us how to differentiate between the real and fake handkerchief he was using. Next he asked gHoshi?h meaning gyou want this hanky?h and all screamed. He then jokingly said he might sell it off at yahoo auctions. Haha~ Oh, and when our reactions to his questions were not enthusiastic enough, he mimicked our reactions and gave this cute look.
Naohito also danced a lot this time round especially at gSamurai Funkh and gGimme Your Loveh. My goodness, he really improved a lot in his dance steps and I basically went crazy in Budokan when I see him dance. There were some hand movements in these two songs and it was amazing to see fans learn on the spot but a lot of fans already knew what to do. They must have attended past 7.0 concerts before this. Haha. Calamari were in the concert but the whole band gNothingh wasnft there anymore. It was a new band and I was quite surprised.
I guess the most touching part for me was when he sang gKimi no Utah. He was playing the piano and bubbles were being blown out from the ceiling. Fans were trying to get hold of the bubbles and Naohito was looking at the bubbles and us while playing the piano. When the song was at the gLa La La~h part, the whole of Budokan began singing and no music was played at all. It was a very touching moment for me. Read some reports that Naohito teared while singing gKimi no Utah but I donft remember him tearing. Have to wait till concert DVD to see then.
Before the first encore, 2 fans beside me were looking at the second floor seats and they were pointing to a certain area. When I tried to look, I was surprised to see Yaguchi Mari. Toda Erika and Satsukawa Aimi seated there.
At the final encore when the lights were still not turned on, the whole of Budokan begin to sing part of gKimi no Utah and we went gLalalala~h for quite sometime to wait for Naohito to come out again. Then, we heard some familiar boots sound and we saw Shinnosuke walking out and then he said his infamous quote before he starts eating in gGal Circleh! gHey! Friends!h was being played and the whole stage was filled with Angel Heart girls andc Sato Ryuta(He was Ichinose in Gal Circleh was standing at the center dancing too! The 4 cowgirls who were in the gHey! Friends!h pv were there too. I turned back and saw Mari, Erika and Aimi doing the dance too but they were still seated. They tried waving to Naohito and I believe he saw them cos he mentioned about them in his fanclub website. Almost all the fans were dancing including me. Haha~
The concert came to an end at about 9.15pm. A whole 2 hours and 40 odd minutes of pure bliss for my friend and I.
Actor Fujiki Naohito (34) is a father. His wife gave birth to their first child in mid-December and they registered the birth yesterday. The couple married at the end of last year after a long relationship.
Congradulations to him!. His children are gonna be gorgeous. _________________
