It's a bit like the British comedy May I serve you? It's about life in a department store. Its stars Motoki Masahiro and Takeuchi Yuko. Motoki heads a personal shopper's department. This department recommends shopper's what to wear at no extra charge. Some touching stories but too draggy. No romantic links in this drama. I think it is an interesting and inspiring drama to watch..... Learned alot of quality customer service how to repect people. The most charismatic person would be Motoki Masahiro (Gatsby's all-time model). He can be dramatic at times but overall he is a true gentleman in this drama. Very good rating for Motoki's very funny acting. The plot is different that it revolves around a department 'personal shopper' in a departmental store. Very heart-warming stories, too bad not much romantic scenes between Motoki & Takeuchi... I caught this on Channel U. I mean, I wanna be a personal shopper when I grow up, but this show kinda killed my dream mainly because it was kinda pretentious and draggy and even naggy at times. Excellent! I can't put a 10 because a departement store drama has its limits but I would never have imagined that a shopping center drama could be so fun! No timeout in this drama, no too much love, no exaggeration in the acting, Motoki is just fabulous here! And it avoids all the typical drama's rules like "each episode has to be a small story" "the problem should be solved at the end of the episode". I thought after the first couple of episodes that the stories could be made up of cliches, but it actually turned out to be quite original and the writing was quite thoughtful at times. Motoki Masahiro was great, and good support performances too. It felt a little tired/repetitive midway, but overall not a bad series. |

Enjoyed the drama. Each episode has a story of its own while there is a common theme all throughout the whole drama. Not draggy. The lead actor is charming. Yuko Takeuchi is kawaii. And the rest of the cast complemented well. |
