So far its pretty good. It feels a bit like Hero to me because each ep is another story just like how in Hero each ep has a different case invovled. Saddened to see that Akiko's role isn't as a big as I thought it would be and some of the other actors in here are just playing minor roles too. I think an 8 is as much as I'll give this one. |

I had big expectations for this drama, and unfortunately, they aren't being fulfilled...but Amami Yuki is as entertaining as ever. I think the script and some casting should have been readjusted, however. |

Thought it was going to be a serious story, but it turned out to be pretty light-hearted. The weekly stories are pretty entertaining. Amami Yuki is great in a comedic role as she was in a serious one like Maya sensei. |

Sept 2006: Amami Yuki delivered a great performance as usual, as well as the chemistry between the cast, however, this drama can be very predictable at times, and unrealistic. The jokes sometimes were so lame and unnecessary. It's just another 'Bijo ka Yajuu' rip-off, with 'better' romance plot in it. Quite entertaining though, if you wanna watch some light comedy. |

ahh, the stories inside weren't engaging enough. i only watched for amami yuki and yada akiko. tanihara shosuke was a nice surprise tho'. i thought he looked really dashing inside and his character's relationship with amami yuki's is the only reason why i watched till the very end. |

Top Caster had a great but underutilised cast, and a script that seemed to lose focus along the way as it tried to balance news scoops with the relationship between newscaster Tsubaki and her assistant Nozomi. Yuki Amami and Shosuke Tanihara made a lovely pairing. They're so coolly business-like and professional towards everyone but when they're together they almost always end up losing their senses and bickering in a childish manner. |
