Great acting by Shida Mirai and Miura Haruma! It shows the struggles of a 14 year old girl who finds herself pregnant. Although the topic is definitely controversial, it was quite entertaining to watch. I didn't like the lack of development of romance in this drama - I mean if they don't want to focus on the romance aspect then don't even add it in the first place. UGh. I tried and tried to finish watching this drama. I think I even forced myself to watch up to the last episode, due to its rave reviews. It's just not my cup of tea. It follows the typical "lost rebellious students" to "inspired goal orientated students" plot and since I have seen two really good dramas that carries the same plot, this doesn't really compare. But it was quite a nice drama to watch, tegomass is quite cute and I love how deep masuda's voice is :). Although I used to rank this drama at 10 before, I have since seen many other great dramas. I guess why it has lost a couple of rankings is that it is not as in depth as other things I have seen and can be repetitive at times. It does not take away the fact it is an excellent drama with great comedic timing and matsumoto jun (although I would of never thought) was attractive in this one. I watched the whole drama, and that's why it deserves above a 1. I watched this straight after the first season and was astonished and disappointed to find that both seasons carried the same plot. Love this drama so much! Domyouji is such a funny character and I really love how individual each character is; not your society norms sort of characters. A great 2nd season! The only reason it lost 2 ranking points from me was that there was a touch of fakeness in the plot, domyouji losing his memory and also at the start where he is so bitter and lost and also those random gangsters in New York... and there was another part but it would be a spoiler so I am not going to write it down. It was quite a cute drama. I watched this while I had a mini crush on Junno hehe, I loved his smile. I would've rated this higher if my crush was still existent but since I have my senses back 7 would be more appropriate. This Kimutaku drama was pretty hilarious! Kuryu is so suave and cool, the calmness he possesses while solving difficult cases had me fall for him! The chemistry between Amamiya and him was great. This drama was inspirational in that I am aiming to be as good at something as kimutaku is in being a public prosecutor, even if the pay isn't high etc.. I guess it's not a full 10 only because I felt the chemistry wasn't as perfect as the drama almost was :) can't put any spoilers so I won't elaborate | Ichi Ritoru no Namida [１リットルの涙]

I watched this when I was first getting introduced into the Japanese Entertainment Industry after hearing it's good reviews here. Yamapi can't act, I'm sorry if that offended anyone, but he just plays himself and I didn't find his character that interesting at all. I did manage to finish this drama though which is why it gets a 5 but definitely not a classic. |

This is a great portrayal of a emotionally dependent and struggling woman stuck in an abuse relationship with an emotionally unstable man. I was so annoyed at the female character going back to the man over and over again and emotionally draining her friends, yet that is a true portrayal of someone who is going through this lack of confidence. It loses 2 whole points because the ending was rushed and crappy, but it will not take away how realistic the drama was in my mind. Ueno Juri was also amazing in this drama. OH MY GOSH! I just finished this drama and I loved it! In all honesty, out of all the jdrama's I have watched with KimuTaku in it, he was the least so-called "attractive" in this one. This is because he played an unmotivated pianist who in my primary perception had a lack of social skills! The lead character was bright and quirky and I loved her. When she started changing Sena and vise versa their character's became more and more interesting. I was rooting for them to get together the whole time and I thought this drama was amazing! It taught me some things about life :-) |

This drama gets around a 9.5 for me. I think that when I finished watching this I would of given it around a 10, but since watching most of Kimutaku's drama's the bar has been set high. Although the theme may disturb people and may be controversial, I think that the actors did an amazing job to have me rooting for them. The extent they are willing to go for the sake of each other was marvellous! I have got to say that this is the epitome of comedies. It is so entertaining and funny that I give it a 10. (and I don't give out 10's very often.) It is definitely light hearted and a bit over the top but I found myself laughing at every opportunity. I do not understand how this drama gets such high praise on this site. I watched it, I perceived this drama to be an attempt to go past social norms: a popular guy that feels he's a fake, a weird guy who does what ever he wishes, and a girl with complete lack of socialising ability all becoming friends. I don't know, I was not convinced. I finished this just because I was waiting for the big bang that made this drama "great" as people say. Uff. I tried so hard to like this drama. I was in a Tackey addiction thing at the time (after watching Majo no Jouken) I was hoping to see Tackey in another mesermising role. This was boring. I have no ill feelings towards a step sister and brother falling in love, but the way it was carried out and portrayed was boring, and untouching. I couldn't finish this. Kyoko Fukada was quite annoying in this. That guy she liked was pretty cool though. It just wasn't my cup of tea perhaps |

The lead in this drama was fantastic! He may not have traditional looks but he has charm that exceeds many good-looking actors. He was funny and I'm sad there aren't many dramas that he is starring in. The story was inspirational, the ending was tear-jerking. Although slightly unrealistic and a bit annoying at the beginning, this drama ENDED fantastically. At the beginning the female (aibu saki) was teeth grindingly annoying. And the robot (having a mind blank here on his name...) was too unhuman to have sympathy for, but i cried in the end, I can't believe I did but I was that touched.
