I thought I'd read a rumor somewhere that there was going to be a Trick special and another movie...but now I can't remember where I read it... Has anyone else heard anything? (I apologize in advance if I should have asked this question elsewhere...)

I know what you mean. There IS another Trick movie on it's way. I was told thisby my japanese friend "Mizuki". She said that it's gonna be out next year. I can't wait for the DVD release of Shinobi

i'm a yukie fan but I've never really paid much attention to her singing career... I'm thinking of checking out her songs... what do you think is the best song to start out with... _________________

I would recommend Birthday or Aiotori first, then things like Toohi No Merrodi (Goold old melody), as our resident Yukie obsesed otaku Chrisyukiefan suggested. I'd also try and get some of the PV's (Promotional Videos, or music vids) for her too. Also, Chris, Takahasi Katsunori is a singer, I think he was also in the dorama that this tune is taken from... it's called FACE, if you do a D-addicts wiki for Nakama-chan, you'll see the name of it under OST's.

Eh? Takahashi Katsunori sings professionally? ..Ha. I've only known him through J-drama.. Like, Younger Man and Batsu Kare which is recently showing on UTB here in LA. He does have a nice singing voice, though. Not as nice as Shunsuke's is, but...
